Best Replacement Unit in Phoenix AZ

Bill and his partner were great! They were very friendly and they communicated everything to me as to what was going on and how the process was going. It can be stressful letting strangers into your own home but they made me feel very comfortable. It’s also wonderful to have a working AC unit again! Thanks for the great work guys!

It was 6 pm on a Saturday night and our sewer line backed up into the bathroom. I called Penguin Air and the representative was so nice and friendly he got us an appt right away and by 730 Efrain Zendejas 3213 was at our house and it was fixed by 830. Efrain was very polite and very friendly He was very professional and gave us some great advice how to avoid it happening to us again. I would highly highly recommend Penguin Air to anyone!!! The price was wayyyy less than I thought it would be on a weekend emergency call. I am thankful for their help in an emergency situation and the will definitely be my go to from now on ?

I usually don't write reviews of places but felt responsible to post this information. I was recently receiving quotes for a tesla wall connector installation and the person performing the quote evaluation from this company was asking a lot of questions like how much money do you make, what type of tesla did you buy which I took as small talk in the beginning until I received my quote. The quote from this company was 3000$~. Other certified tesla installers are giving me quotes from 700-900$ for the same amount of work. I asked for an itemized quote from this company and was ghosted.

It felt like this company was attempting to take advantage of me and wanted to post as a warning to others to shop around and get competing quotes when interfacing with this business.

The simpler installations from other certified tesla installers are around 500-600$, so still triple priced based off of your quote. I would deem what you commented on what makes us different are what other companies consider to be basic requirements and are also including in their quotes to me. Leaving this review up, especially since the reply from the owner is complete and utter nonsense. Stop supporting predatory business practices.

From the sales guy Jeff, who came right away, didn't haggle and gave me my options, to the installers Ben and Wade who were friendly and worked hard to get it done quickly, also Cody who came on a Sunday (!!) to troubleshoot issues and ultimately fix them, I wholeheartedly recommend going with these guys. Incredible service, fair prices, and employees that really go above and beyond to make your day more enjoyable and your home cooler as soon as possible. Highly recommended, and if the company owner reads this, the guys above definitely deserve a raise, they are GREAT workers!!

Replaced 20 year old 5 ton unit. Was worried about potential roof damage and length of installation. They showed up on time, finished in a day and not a mark on the roof! Could not ask for more.

I collected many bids for replacing the A/C heat pump package for my home.  I found Francisco Marquez of King Mechanical to be the most competitive.  I don't usually take the lowest bid, but  when he came out to my home I felt more comfortable with him than any other vendor.  There was no pushiness.  He was very informative.  I purchased a nest thermostat and he installed it when he installed my A/C system.  He even taught me how to use this high tech stuff, and didn't ask to get paid for that.  Very clean work, and very professional.  His price was all inclusive, and there were no hidden fees.
Even though his business is relatively new, he advised me he has worked many years in this profession.  I got a good review from the board of registered contractors when I called to inquire about his company.

We moved into our new house and replaced the 19-year-old A/C system with a new, high efficiency one. Fred was fantastic about outlining our options, even explaining why we didn't need the most expensive systems. The installation was on time and professional, and the installers took the time to help us program the new thermostat. Not only that, but the installers of the original system had left a huge mess in the attic, which AZ Perfect Comfort cleaned up free of charge.

I recently purchased a new Trane heat pump from Benefit Air. They were wonderful. The Sales Mgr determined the best size unit for my home, worked with me on when to order to benefit from a Co rebate, and applied all applicable discounts. The team who came to remove the old and install the new were just great. They were courteous, thoughtful, professional and obviously well trained as demonstrated by the competence they showed when installing it. I learned the most important part of an heat /cooling unit is the installation. Even a good unit will have problems if not installed properly. Nothing is ever too much trouble or a bother. Working with this Co was refreshing because of their work ethic and integrity. Am so glad I used this Co and purchased thru them.
