I had a kitchen sink leak and hot water issue. David M. was amazing! He talked me through the problem showed me how to handle emergencies and was friendly and professional.

I needed a gas water heater checked. Justin came out promptly and diagnosed the issue. He explained the problem and gave me a list of options to choose how to fix. I decided to replace the unit. He was fast, detail oriented and professional. If I have another plumbing issue he will be the one I call.

Our A/C System had stopped cooling to the desired temperature during another near record week of temps in the 100's +. We requested estimates and Gerardo was the first people to respond. Once we made our decision to move forward, Gerardo and team scheduled and performed the replacement on the next day. The technicians arrived on-time, gave us an estimate on how much time the process would take and hit those goals as promised. They estimated 4 hours from start to finish and were well within that time frame. Cleaned up after themselves thoroughly and our house was cooling better than ever before they left. The price was fair and the workmanship was professional and courteous. I will turn to Sun Devil in the future for all of our Air Conditioning needs in the future.

Here we are, not even 2 years after installation of our mini-split and it doesn't work. Again. This place is atrocious to deal with. While giving the worst customer service, they told us how excellent their service is, as evidenced by their reviews. They're great when you don't have a problem. Beware if you have any issues!

Anthony from Benefit Air was very courteous and responsible and professional. He explained the issue with our unit, and was able to repair it. He replaced my air filters too. This company is very fair and reasonable. We have used them for years, and will continue to do so.

Jeremy is awesome! Best A/C maintenance person I have ever had. He has been servicing our Trane XR17 unit that we had Alien install in 2015 for the last several years. Happy with the install and the unit. Jeremy is professional, very personable, knowledgeable, offers quality service, communication, etc. In short...he is great to work with and a breath of fresh air in the service industry! Our AC went out on a Friday evening in Phoenix in July and they were quick to come out Saturday morning. The unit was old and needed to be replaced, using a crane, and they replaced it by Thursday. The guys were professional and courteous. AC works great. They are also prompt and courteous when they come out to do regular maintenance. Definitely recommend Lincoln Air.

I’ve found Ace to be responsive and able to work with my schedule for maintenance. I have not needed to rely on them for emergencies yet but I’d bet they would be dependable then too. Have them take care of your equipment before problems turn up!
