Jesus and Moses installed a new system at my little 1928 historic renovation project. When there was trouble the this summer, Tiffany scheduled Jesus to come the next day, and the fix (a bad capacitor) was simple, he was here a half hour, and everything was under the OEM warranty. What a great team!

Goettl’s technicians installed a new A/C & Furnace the same day I paid the invoice. The work took 2 days and now my manufactured home is ready for the Arizona heat! The only downside I can think of is the price being pretty high but still reasonable due to my home never having Air Conditioning installed before.

Called Four Seasons for an estimate after another AC service quoted for a major repair. Four Seasons offered a free second opinion. On the visit, Chris from Four Seasons went up to the attic and said nothing major appeared out of order, and still offered to do a minor adjustment free of charge. I am used to high pressure sales tactics. This was a pleasant surprise. This is how you build customer trust. He did say there is a chance I may need a repair in the future and offered to send me an estimate. Great service. I'll definitely call if I need AC service in the future.

Kyle was great, I strongly recommend hiring SG Mechanical, and requesting Kyle, why, because of his knowledge, expertise, and courtesy. He did a great job cleaning the coils on my air conditioner, and keeping the cost down on repairs.

I was very pleased with the service and quality of installation. I followed a neighbor’s recommendation to use Day/Night to install a mini-split AC system in my garage. The sales tech met me within a day or so, and the install was scheduled on a day of my convenience a few days later. The 3 man crew were very polite and total professionals with the way they ran the electrical and hose connections, and even painted the covers with house paint I supplied. The final result was a very professional look to the project. When I had a question with the phone app for controling the system, a supervisor showed up and made sure the techs had the right equipment so I can control the AC system with the app.

When it gets cold, not MidWest/Northwestern cold, just 30 degrees, it gives up the ghost & we have to use space heaters.
They're still rude & sloppy, & I'm not a liar.
- Right after installation I would have given JustAir 5 stars for my full HVAC system replacement, since the A/C & heat both seemed to work and they cleaned up after themselves in the living space of my house before they left, & the cost of the installation was very reasonable & was an upgrade to my existing system.
- That dropped to 4 stars that night when I tried to watch TV in the house & discovered the cable was out on all my indoor TVs (with cables running through attic), vs. the working TV on my back porch (not through attic).
- That dropped to 3 stars when I went up into the attic to investigate the failure, discovering debris left strewn about & displaced insulation throughout the attic.
- That dropped to 2 stars when they returned to address my customer satisfaction issues but denied any possibility of their responsibility for knocking out the cable or displacing insulation, & refused to go in attic to investigate either issue & saying I was trying to blame them for all the problems in my attic (even though they're the only ones other than me that have been up there in at least 2 years), then stomped off yelling that I'm the type of customer that could never be satisfied & drove away.
-That should have dropped to 1 star the very next day after a service call by Cox cable co., during which the technician identified a broken pin in the incoming cable & traumatized outgoing cable from the splitter directly adjacent to the air handler they installed, which leads to the opposite side of house controlling all 3 malfunctioning TVs.
- I kept it at 2 stars, because I know that finding & solving that problem was beyond JustAir's capability, but the evidence of the damage & the timeliness of the house-wide malfunction confirms that JustAir caused the problem.
- I wasn't trying to get anything free or at a discount, I just wanted my life back to the way it was before JustAir came into my house.

UPDATE: The owner of JustAir was the rude one. He understated everything in his response. There were 2 long lengths of PVC still containing stagnant water from the old system, and the bag of trash is what I gathered myself strewn all throughout the attic picking up sheet metal, zip ties, wiring, insulation scraps, 2x4s with nails sticking out, etc. (per pic.). I have accused them of breaking my cable, and Cox cable co. verified that they did. Yes, stuff happens, but they should take responsibility for it instead of using denial as their 1st line of defense and default customer service.

The technician who serviced my house did a great job but the guy who came out after to look at my unit was a very pushy salesman (who insisted he wasn’t a salesman, you know the type). He told me I needed a $10,000 system replacement, but I thought that was extreme. I had a family friend recommend someone who came out and let me know that was a crazy overreaction and that all I needed was more refrigerant and my system would be good for the year. Had I just trusted this company I would’ve bought an expensive whole system in the middle of summer rather than maintain my existing unit for longer. Very dodgy business practice and I would not recommend them to someone else, but if you do use them make sure you get another quote from another company at the very least.

So many companies do the gloom and doom to get maintenance contacts not these guys honest and informing !! I would recommend this company with confidence! Plus their prices were great !

Ricky was super kind and great to have in our home. However, our project was too complicated for his skill set, and when I called Parker and Sons to send another technician to help him, they did not. Poor Ricky was at our house for 9.5 hours, but he stuck with it and finally got the job done! Extremely happy with the technician, disappointed with the company administration. They should have matched the job complexity to the technician’s abilities.
