We are very pleased with the service we received from A.P.E.S. The dispatcher Shirley was kind and understanding when she called to schedule, and as promised, I received a call letting me know when the technician was on the way. Our service technician, Frisco, was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and discuss all of the issues and options with us. He was very sympathetic to our situation and did everything he could to get our system up and going again. I am so grateful for the quality service we received during a stressful time. I would recommend A.P.E.S. to anyone looking for an honest company that is reliable and provides excellent customer service.

Called a few places and wasn't happy with the service over the phone until I got a hold of Hays. Mike came out and was awesome. He was knowledgeable and explained the system to me very well. He took care of the issue and was professional the entire time. Between the person on the phone and Mike, I am a customer any time I need someone for my Heating and Cooling system.

Eddie notified me of his near arrival , immediately assessed the job and got to work immediately. He was very knowledgeable and gave us helpful information about using the garbage disposal. He was an outstanding employee and thank you for your point service

John Parker came to repair the refrigerator water line and went above and beyond. He showed me exactly what he did. He also helped me with an electrical short that I had been living with for a week. I am so happy that he came to help. An angel. A life savor.

Wow! This family business is AMAZING. They were sent to me through Fidelity's National Home Warranty program. I had a one-off anomaly issue where my thermostat was not talking to my home security system. Others were stumped by this and couldn't figure it out. Father and Son team, Mike and Tim, stuck with it until they figured it out and rather quickly I might add. Top notch service. Very professional, efficient and friendly. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This company is amazing, they do treat you like family and they are professional and thorough. We needed the whole nine yards, Chris went through our entire heating and air conditioning system and recommend a new cost effective and energy efficient system at an affordable price. Jorge was very sufficient & fixed our problem. The price was extremely expensive compared to other companies but they were the company to fix the problem. We for some reason needed a new breaker on a brand new home and a wire to a ceiling fan wasn’t connected correctly. I only wish we weren’t charged $860 to do so for an hour and Half of work.

Apex was amazing. Louis was super professional and clearly a very experienced and knowledgeable technician who replaced our evaporation coil and serviced our compressor. The evaporator coil installation took a fair amount of fabrication to make it fit our system. Louis did it all in stride and it works beautifully. Will always call Apex! Apex was a 10 out of 10!

Ryan and his team are lifesavers! Our unit very unexpectedly went out and Ryan worked his magic to not only get us a upgraded unit at a good price but his team quickly and professionally got it installed and running unbelievably fast. He was friendly, provided helpful advice, and professional throughout
this visit. He checked everything out carefully, found one issue needing
attention, but left the final decision up to me. No pressure.
I felt that this was a very comprehensive inspection of my HVAC
unit. This is the first time that I have used Dial One Mears,
and I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with them.

I do not have the words to express my self with this company and there tech Freddy......I 1st called company for a second opinion on work that had to be done on my ac, Freddy came out and so helpful and professional thanks to him i was aware of the mess the other company had done, as he was leaving he told me to call him if the other company did not come out he would come out and fix it, that day i received a follow up call regarding the mess. Just when i thought everything was fixed by other company my roof fell down!!! I called Patrick Riley to speak to Freddy and have him come out since he was the only one at this point i trusted and sure enough he called me with in an hr and came out to my home same day. Not only did he do what he gets paid for (fix my ac unit) but also went out of his way and called in the restoration company to explain to them what happened in our home and get us schedule! Now that is what i call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Patrick Riley is an amazing company and tech was extremely helpful and understanding to our horrible situation!

The process from start with Tim providing a quote to Tony and Ashley removing the old heat exchange and AC section to replacement went well and impressed me with the work ethic of getting it done the correct way. From putting down drop cloths to having a crane place the new compressor on the pad and completing the installation including removal of all the dust, dirt and parts went as expected.
I would highly recommend 5 Star for not only maintenance but also replacement of units based on our experience. The main reason I chose Five Star was based on: (1) A personal recommendation by the former AC Person now retired, (2) Continued conversation as to what would be done, how it was done, and a fixed price, (3) The amount of follow-up service for next five years with visits to check out the system for Air and Heat operations--included in the bid.
Saul made a semiannual inspection for operation of heating aspect, worked around our schedule and was a professional providing feedback on what was done. This twice yearly maintenance was included in the new installment of Air Conditioner and Heating Unit. I would gladly recommend 5-STARS!!

Our technician John Perez was awesome! After two other companies failed to fix our AC, John was able to determine the problem right away and worked hard to get it back running same day because we had been with air for almost 2 days. Crispy air front desk was extremely nice and professional and willing to get someone out right away. Thanks you so much!!!!
