Best Repairs Gas in Phoenix AZ

I can’t tell you how happy I am with my Rooter Ranger experience. I had my entire Mobile Home water lines redone due to reoccurring water problems. They were out the next day, and I am so impressed with this company. From the initial phone contact, to the final job I’m so glad I chose them. Daniel, the Field Supervisor was the first to show up after a water line burst, and he was very professional and explained everything. Then, the very next day, the crew, Andrew and Caleb came out to start the job. These guys are amazing!!!!! Not only was the job done beautifully, but they were so so personable, polite, and went so far above the norm to make sure everything was taken care of.Thank you all so so much. Option One came to our house the same day we called for service. Our kitchen sink was backing up.Robert was our tech. He was professional and friendly. We were given great service and since we’re in an older home, we were advised to follow up with preventative maintenance on a yearly basis. We’ll be calling them again when it’s time for maintenance and referring them to our friends and family

I was very impressed with the customer service for Bumble Bee Plumbing. Everyone from scheduling to dispatch were super nice. The plumber (Richard) who came to the house was friendly, quick and professional. Instead of trying to push me for a whole new water heater, he recommended replacing the shot heating element and said I could get a few more years out of my current heater. Honesty goes a long way towards loyalty with me. I will definitely be using BB for any future big plumbing projects.I ended up using BB for a new toilet installation after I originally posted this review. Again, the service was excellent and the plumber (Bill) was very professional and efficient. I am strongly considering their Membership Plan, which seems like a no-brainer.

I had a clog in my mainline and had Mr. router come out charge me $250 to clear it told me that along with the clearing somebody would come out put a camera down my way in line and check for cracks or any damage, that never happened I was never even given a copy of my invoice. This is the kind of service I would expect from a mom and pop place but not a corporate professional place like this I’m very unsatisfied and feel like I overpaid. Don’t use these guys
