Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

We have used and recommended SG Mechanical for years. Today, when we woke up to a warm house and temps were expected over 100 degrees with one call SG was at our house by early afternoon. 12/2020 Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a company from start to finish! Jason the sales representative was great ! He was professional, polite, friendly,and answered all my questions. They sent me a written estimate with discounts quickly. The installation team came on time and did a great job installing both my new AC and my gas furnace. They even fitted and played aluminum sheeting in the furnace area floor. The cleaned up everything before leaving. They came back 2 weeks later for final check and to make sure freon levels were good and that I was happy with my new AC. They installed surge protectors for both the AC and Furnace and installed a new thermostat too. The customer service was also outstanding! I've already recommend them to all my friends!Their prices are better then Parker & Sons and unlike Parker and Sons they weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me a more exspensive unit then I needed . I have their VIP service plan that covers both my water heater and AC. Matthew B. Was fantastic & did a great job! He drained my water heater checked all it's valves and checked all the faucets,toilets and water shut off valves inside the house too. He gave me a replacement price to replace a few valves that were frozen. Matthew called to let me know how soon he would be arriving was punctual, professional & funny! I loved his southern charm and his southern sayings too! He explained what need to be done and sent me an estimate to replace the valves to my email. Thanks for wearing booties in the house too! Highly recommend their VIP service plan. Thanks to the customer service people too for always being friendly,helpful and professional!

Initial installation was faulty and caused water damage to our ceiling. When we filed a claim with their insurance company for damages, they blamed us (the customer) and refused to stand by their work. This was extremely disappointing. I will never use this company again as they do not stand behind their work.

Others techs have been nice but lacked the knowledge of the product and led me to search online in the beginning to learn myself. Honest, reputable company that has taken care of me for years. I purchased my system from Howard Air and it has been running great since day 1. All the staff I have worked with has been a pleasure to work with!

I made my appointment a year in advance. I would have appreciated more information about the insulation install in advance. I had no idea it would only take 45 minutes or that we would not be able to put our storage boxes & Xmas decorations back into the attic once insulation was installed except for a small path of boards. Renting a storage unit will cost more than the electric savings. On the plus side, the people were professional and came on time.

I have finally found an A/C company that is great to work with. Ryan was very kind over the phone. Trevor and Connor were very professional and went above and beyond servicing my A/C. I will definitely be calling them back next year.
