Adam who came to see what the issue was did a thorough job. He also explained in detail as well as showed us the issue. Had issues with toilet and laundry room overflowing and they came out and diagnosed the problem. The toilet overflowed only if there was solid, but the laundry room needed to have new piping because existing pipes were too small, and buildup was present. So laundry line was jetted and correct piping was installed. Also main sewer line was jetted and all seems to be working well. Mark and Ignacio worked hard and were pleasant and professional. Mark was also very knowledgeable. We will call Day & Night for any other problems.

Initial installation was faulty and caused water damage to our ceiling. When we filed a claim with their insurance company for damages, they blamed us (the customer) and refused to stand by their work. This was extremely disappointing. I will never use this company again as they do not stand behind their work.

We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us.
