Our plumber recommended Rocky Mountain Restoration after he repaired our broken drainage pipe. Mike and Logan (along with his assistant) arrived very quickly and began the water damage mitigation setup in a very thorough and professional manner. After a few days, Markell returned to the house twice to confirm that the mitigation was complete and he removed all of the equipment. He was always on time and very professional.

The work hasn’t even been started yet after over 3 months going back and forth and starting from the top on every contact. Cannot provide us an accurate or complete quote of the work supposed to be starting in a weeks time. Will not work with us to include work we need or want done with the restoration. Having been living with black mold growing daily for 4 months already and at this point just going to accept it and find another company.

WARNING! AVOID! I had a minor flood in my house. Somehow the insurance company chose Zona Restoration to do the restoration work. They didn't bother to check in with me, the owner, during the process, only after they wreaked havoc and it's been a nightmare ever since.They tore out almost everything, even when it obviously wasn't necessary (maybe just go get more money from insurance?). They threw away custom cabinetry that had nothing wrong with it, threw away knotty alder trim that was custom made and sanded and finished that had no issues, and greatly increased the replacement costs. They ripped out drywall where there was absolutely no water damage. Removed sprayed foam insulation where the water didn't even reach, and did it all without even checking in with the owner of the home (me). A tiny guest house with a small flood, know what they charged for this? Over $25,000.

They were very responsive! They handled much of the details including some interactions with the homeowners insurance company. I would use them again for sure!

The person who came to my home today was very knowledgeable and respectful towards my family he knew what he was doing and GG ot the job done he had to fix alot of things that was left undone perfect job so far I would recommend him to anyone

Roto Rooter came out with proper ppe to unclog my sewer with free video inspection. Mason was great and also cleared my tub and shower for the price of one.
