Let me just start off by saying I’ve had no problems with this company. We used them for our plumbing services twice and they did a great job. The pipes are very old so I know it wasn’t easy. BUT! Please please please have your crew clean up their mess. They even acknowledged to my husband that they made a mess. The black sludge was in my tub (completely understandable) but also all over my floors, vanity, walls, toilet and oddly in a cabinet? They took everything out from underneath my sink and didn’t put it back. Just asking for some common courtesy to wipe things down. Over all a good company but needs to clean up after themselves.

Such great service!! These folks really know their business and have come to our aid twice, now, within hours of a problem. We had roots in our line and they were able to snake them out and get things back in working order in no time.

They came highly recommended by an excellent handyman, and exceeded our expectations. They’re efficient, effective and pleasant. I highly recommend this company!

Great company! I’ve had them come out 3 times and each time they solved my issues quickly and even brought attention to things I had no idea of! The job is obviously a very dirty job and while working a huge mess was made but they cleaned up super well! Wouldn’t choose any other plumbing company, these guys know what they are doing.

Horrible experience. If you have an emergency, don't bother to call they are not reliable the employee's don't know how to communicate, and neither are they professional.

I have to put this out there. These people are the hardest working company out there. They go the distance and beyond. They work countless hours to make sure the job is done and done right. I may not know all the staff there but, I can guarantee this company is committed to hard work, high standards and being the best that they can be. Especially in my biased option Jr.

D.W. has been a great, reliable vendor for us here at Lindsay Palms Apartments! Their turnaround time is usually the next day or two and they are usually here between the time frame that is given. I highly recommend using them for any of your plumbing, heating and cooling needs. Also the office staff is very friendly!!

I didn’t get to use this service because in lite of quoting me a 12 hour response time, they still haven’t shown up 27 hours later. Apparently now they say they don’t do emergency havoc service. Today was 110 yesterday it was 111. My apartment is close to 90 degrees, siting in the dark. I have appointments tomorrow and my minor child will be home alone in this heat. I cannot take her with. Same thing for Tuesday. So the soonest they can come out now is Wednesday morning. We have excessive heat warnings during those days again. When the customer service rep assured me not once but three times that someone would cal me back and they didn’t, I should have guessed. You don’t hide from customers when you make a mistake.

If there is anything we as customers want, it is communication. D.W. is amazing on this. Another missing attribute in most companies is their care for their co-workers. Not to get too personal, but We needed some work (not super urgent) but we had be informed there was a scheduling issue and their crew was in need of time off. What other company is going to call you to share their concern, let alone call you to reschedule. I've been in the Multifamily world for almost 17 years. This is uncommon. In a business, most people want that family bond, it seems D.W. has this and it matters.

My hat goes out to Trevor & his crew at DW Plumbing They are real problem solvers! They came in quickly & swiftly; assessed the situation, repaired the pipe & made sure things were done correctly. They came with awesome respectful attitudes they made sure our property was covered they work really hard to make sure they fix the leak right I want to say thank you to Derrick ,Trevor,Antony an they clean up there mess too if you ever want to use this company I give them 5 stars ??

These guys may be great for plumbing, but I had a very negative experience with them for air conditioning. If it wasn't for the fact that I live in an apartment and the office picks who does work, I would have chosen a different company. It took about 5 trips to our apartment for leaking AC, promising different fixes, and sometimes fixing nothing at all. After the final fix, our air conditioning stopped working altogether. Our manager had someone else look at the problem. It turned out DW had connected the pump to the power source of the actual AC, causing it to not have the power to pump out cool air. After the other company looked at it and worked on, it worked again.
Aside from all of this, I had a couple issues with the way they acted while in our apartment. One of the first times they were working, my husband came home to them standing on one of our dining room chairs to reach the AC instead of using a stool. Another time, my husband and I were both home and the men working were talking and swearing quite loudly. I'm all for talking with co workers about whatever you want, but yelling and swearing every other word is not needed, especially when residents are home. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between technicians and the office. The office would tell our manager or me one thing (such as a technician is coming tomorrow at this time), yet a technician would show up without notice on different days and at different times. Technicians would also tell me work that needed to get done pending approval from our manager, yet when I would talk to our manager, she would have no idea that anything was needed. Very poor communication.
Overall, I was not at all impressed with this company. I have heard they do great with plumbing, but I'd honestly rather not give them the chance after our AC experience.

Two techs came to clear my bathtub yesterday and left the place cleaner than when they started! Very prompt and friendly. Definitely recommend this company. Office staff was great too. Wish I could give 10 stars

The Most Excellent job done by Mr. James .f. My hot water wasn't getting hot (only in the shower) and we had maintenance Mr. Oggy come by 3times. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the issue however, he said if he can't get it fixed he'll be glad to escalate it to his manager. Glad he did because then I met Mr. James who was Very polite & respectful and got the job done in a reasonable time. I would recommend D.W Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Inc. to any one having issues with their Plumbing. Thank u so Much James I can finally take a nice hot shower????

Came out within 2 hours of the phone call, got the job done within an hour! VERY PROFESSIONAL! They also explained the problem and explained how they fixed the problem!

I have been a customer of DW Plumbing for a while now. I work as an apartment manager and I have to say I love all that they do for me and the community. They are always there when I need them for my AC or plumbing needs. I love the technicians (Anthony) and they always treat me good and with respect. This is the place to do business if you need a plumber or AC technician. Thanks DW for all that you stand for and represent.

I've experimented with several companies over the years and I've been most satisfied with DW. Pricing is never cheap--but it is not supposed to be. It is however very fair! They treat me very well and as a result, I always defer to them--and will continue to do so....New Post: Today 2-21-19 had a Boiler Problem and Casey and Kris showed up within an hour and got me up and running---I'm looking forward to having DW help redesign my Boiler room with some new equipment.

Jared and Jordan came out to clear a clogged main and turns out it was roots growing through the pipe! They had a camera snake so they could show me and pin point exactly where they needed to dig! Great company and the 2 plumbers they sent Jared and Jordan were on time, extremely professional and clean. They even took the time to clean the shower tubs and toilets when they were finished!! The best plumber I've dealt with in Phoenix az hand down!

I had 2 companies try to cheat me, this company was honest and reasonable. Don't look anywhere else. They showed up on time, clean and professional.

Anthony came to our apartment because we didn't have any cold water for a wk+. Our apartment complex wasn't able to fix the issue so they contacted DW Plumbing. Anthony was punctual, professional, and friendly. He explained the problem to my boyfriend and had the issue fixed in no time. Because of the customer service that we received from Anthony, we will be contacting DW Plumbing for all of our needs related to heating and cooling here on out. It was so refreshing to know that customer service is still around in at least one company. Thank you Anthony for taking care of us and our water requirements.

A technician named Charles came out to my house repaired broken pipes in my walls and left me feeling safe and secure. When it comes to family morals and great pricing these guys got it goin on ???

Best plumbing business in Arizona! Family owned and operated and it shows! Friendly and honest...they genuinely care about their customers. I could go on and on?

You should have your guys take a driving test. I was almost hit this morning on the freeway by one of your guys in a van. He then proceeded to flip me off. Very unprofessional. I will not be using this company and will let others know not to use you also.

Somebody knows what they are doing! All their techs are professional and work in a buddy system. The professionalism and organization of the company really shows. They are always responsive and friendly.

Horrible driving. 11 cut off another car coming out of a parking lot and almost hit them.
