Mike at Hays has been my guy for years. He is an absolute professional. He knows what he is doing, always looks for the best and most cost effective solution to my problems, has a wealth of knowledge about heating and air and especially my wine cellar unit (not too many technicians know about that and believe me I have gone through three companies to find Mike). Mike is a good person, trustworthy, honest, kind, always willing to explain things and take the time to make sure that everything is done right before he leaves. He is also pro active and when he sees something that could be a potential problem down the road he discusses options and lets me make the decision to act or wait. I trust Hays. They are there in an emergency and they are there for the routine stuff. It means a lot to know you can count on someone to be honest and efficient and responsive.
