We called Arizona Foundation Solutions when we noticed our garage settling. We ended up hiring them to stabilize the garage as well as repairing several feet of stem wall. Overall we had a good experience, the employees are all super knowledgeable and any one of them were able to comfortably and confidently explain anything that was going on and back up their answers. the crews did their job quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves pretty well.

The one place they fell short with me was communication. For a project of this size a customer should NEVER be left wondering what's next or who to contact to find out whats going on. However if you contact the front desk staff they'll be more than happy to give a kick in the ass to anyone who needs it.... they may need to do so a few times, but eventually they'll get through.

I wouldn't suggest their options for financing, If you don't have the cash it would be best to finance elsewhere as it seems they have no clue how to work with their bank. Seriously... it was a massive headache and took a LOT of confused phone calls and emails with AZFS and the bank to figure out what was happening (there's that lack of communication at play)

all in all it was good though. I'm glad my house is stable and I trust the repairs that were done.

They was fantastic to deal with. They rebuilt our front walkway and sidewalks, as well as expanded our existing driveway. The entire team was really kind and ready to answer any questions I had. They arrived on time. The completed project was wonderful and really changed the exterior of our house. The job was completed as promised, and the site was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend the team.

We had our garage floor done recently by Cardinal Concrete Coatings. It was a great experience. Randy in sales, Anjelica in the office, Ralph and Patrick who did the application were all very friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our garage floor looks beautiful! We needed some foundation repair on our 37 year old house. We called Ram Jack, and Ryan Tracey came out and surveyed the deteriorating foundation and quoted a very reasonable price. He also pointed out that it wasn’t in as bad a shape as we thought. When Dave Bickers came out to do the repair work, he was very friendly and professional. The work only took about a day. When Dave left the job, you couldn’t tell he was there, other than the foundation looked fantastic. He cleaned up everything, put back yard gravel. Ryan was also very friendly and professional. Very happy with Ram Jack.

They need to have a serious talk with their employees about texting and driving and going the speed limit. Especially driving down 44th St. the morning of April 26th.

Learned so much from James who helped me figure the steps to take for a stronger foundation. Didn't even want to see me for a year until I addressed infrastructure first. Wish all businesses had such high principles. Plan to have them back in a year when it's time for their final touches.
