I had an interesting experience when one of our trees developed a problem. I used Yelp to see a list of arborists. Twilight Tree was one of the highly rated companies. I contacted them and a few more along with one I heard about through a friend.
A couple of the companies responded and asked for some pictures. We never heard back from any of them except one other company.
The other arborist seems quite knowledgeable but was higher in price and by this time I was impressed by Twilight's service and knowledge.
Twilight has done everything they said they would do and when they would do it. It is wonderful to work with a company that is reliable and knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Had a massive Mesquite tree that I needed gone.
Fabian was quick with a quote, got me scheduled within a couple days and showed up on time.

Fabian and his guy skillfully removed the tree and cleaned up afterwards.

They took care of our cactus that fell and were here quick within 30mins after calling them.

I had asked for the bushes to be trimmed and not hedged. They just went at the bushes with power tools and did not take the time to look at what they were cutting. There were four bushes in the back and they shaped them as if they were only two bushes. Had asked for bushes to be thinned out to help with the sagging and this was not done as the plants were hedged. The planter bed was not cleaned of old debris. Barely on site for 10-15 mins.

I scheduled with Divine Design Landscaping to come to my home to address our growing weed issue. The weeds were quite out of control. The crew had to reschedule due to rain, but they came the very next day. They trimmed down all the weeds and groomed the yard. They certainly did not pull all the weeds (like I would have), but that was not expected. Hopefully my yard looks great again in the coming weeks once the weeds die. Scheduling was super easy, all done via email and the company is very responsive and clear. You know what you are going to get. Overall, the experience was pleasant and I would use the company again.
