Best Repair Equipment in Phoenix AZ

Needed to replace a 5 ton, 13 years unit with a high efficiency, high seer to save on electric cost. I knew these units are not cheap but got a great price. Aaron came for an estimate and sizing the work, did an excellent job explaining the work needed,costs and benefits. Scheduled with the office the install a few days later. Work was very clean.Small repairs was made yesterday. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

We had Garrett out through our home warranty for a a/c tune up. He did a great job and provided us with pertinent information regarding our unit. I usually don’t do memberships and such but it was definitely worth it to keep my unit running good!

John Nunez was great. Extremely personable and knowledgeable. Jacob from plumbing was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service. April 6, 2023 Jacob C is an outstanding Tech. He didn’t leave my house until every plumbing issue that I had identified was fixed to my satisfaction. His customer service is excellent and he will be the Tech I will want on all service calls.

I seldom leave reviews as I expect good service, unless an company is extremely bad, but Frank went above and beyond by explaining our system to us and also installing a new thermostat while he was here. His service and patience was excellent. Will recommend.

I had Day and Night install 2 Trane units with an air scrubber about 2 years ago and they have been maintaining the units since.They are always professional, keeping you updated on arrival times and enter your home with booties and also masked up during this pandemic.My latest tech was Antonio S and he was very pleasant and got the maintenance done without getting in the way of the household.I have recommended the company to friends and will keep recommending them.

As 100deg hit a few weeks ago. Quickly discovered field mice had made a winter meal out of wiring in 2 of my outside units. A quick call and the tech arrived. Besides simply replacing chewed up wiring, he recommended some protective pipe sleeve to prevent this from happening next winter. That’s what I really appreciated, going beyond just the fix to prevent problems next year and beyond.

AZ Perfect Comfort replaced both our units, and we couldn't be happier. We knew we had old units, so had AZ Perfect Comfort service both units. During our discussion, the tech advised us that usually late December through January, the manufacturers offer their best yearly discounts. Following his advice, we had our units replaced at a SIGNIFICANT discount to earlier in the year. Alien AC has been amazing since our move to Arizona. They installed a whole new unit in our upstairs, repaired the unit downstairs, and when our heat went out this morning, they talked me through how to re-program our thermostat over the phone. Pricing has been upfront, clear, and fair. Chris and the guys are great to work with. Customer service is just great! Definitely go with them if you need HVAC work done.

Wanted to know if the airflow could be more quiet. Jeff was professional, honest and suggested several ways to reduce the noise. He said first step is to switch to a less restrictive air filter which would definitely help. He then added some additional steps to take later but this was least cost alternative. Thought that was unique in this business based on experiences with other companies. Very pleased with Jeff and Lincoln Air. Will definitely use them again.

I called Ace with my Mini Split not working, Ace was great they called me ahead of time when technicians would arrive, Javier & Juan arrived ready and were down to business right away.They were able to give me a accurate diagnosis on my A/C unit. Called for service thru home warranty and I Lucked Out with Pinion Air, quick response for heater repair, great with communication and knew what they were doing, Dial! Am in Real Estate and would recommend to family friends and clients, put them on speed dial!

I was having problems with my A/C so I called Arcadia Air and they showed up the same day. I needed a new unit. I got 3 quotes and decided to use Arcadia Air and glad I did. They did a good job at a fair price.

So I just bought the house 5 months ago and had it inspected there was nothing about exposed wire. When They came to replace the air handler they arrived after I left for work. my lights in the bathroom/closet was working fine. I came home 4 hours later and they stated they that my lights wouldn’t come on in the bathroom/closet where the access point is to my air handler. I asked them what happened they stated they are not sure they went out and fillip some breakers to see if it would come back on. Which it didn’t so I looked around and I couldn’t find anything. So I asked if I can look at there work. I followed the tech in the attic he immediately looked to his left and said we’ll this wire was exposed and I taped it up so nobody would get shocked. And he also stated that had to move some wires out of the way to get the air handler out and the new one in. So they are not taking any responsibility for there mistake they made and on top of that they me to get an electrician to repair a problem that wasn’t there until they got there. I will never return business with this company or recommend them to anyone. This was the 5th attempt to fix a problem with my ac. And it’s still not fixed
