Joe and team were excellent! They called me back very quickly, asked great questions, asked for photos to help troubleshoot, offer cost range and give estimate on when work could be completed. Had one of those "tune ups". Spoke with the tech about going into the attic and inspecting the air handler. Informed him that I had the doors and seams sealed with aluminum tape because they leaked air. Asked him to please reseal as the dust from the attic gets sucked into the air box and comes out the vents.A few months later I noticed a dust build-up on the ceiling vents. Went up into the attic and found he cut the tape and never resealed the air box. Another useless home depot contractor.

Owner came to my house to do an estimate he seemed rushed he was there 11mins could not have left any quicker. Told me he would email me the estimate the next morning. I have yet to see anything come through. Very unprofessional, if you do not want to do the job either just tell me or over bid the work. I'm posting this for others be be aware.
