Jacob and Nikki showed up to my home on time to fix a leak I had with my RO faucet. I noticed a leak under the sink and Jacob diagnosed the problem and told me I had two options to fix it. One was a bit less expensive than the other - but he couldn't be certain I wouldn't have the issue down the road. The other one was a bit more, but would fix the issue permanently. I chose the permanent fix. He explained the process, was clean and professional and it was reasonably priced. This company did an amazing thing for myself and my family. Our AC went out about a week before we were to have our daughter's 1st birthday party at our home. With 50+ people planned to be there, we were in a huge rush to get this fixed. Through our Home Warranty, the first two companies couldn't come out to diagnose the issue for almost a week and I was lucky to get 1st Choice Mechanical as my 3rd contractor. Mike (owner/operator) called me within the hour (after normal work hours) and came the very next morning. He was able to diagnose the issue, which turned out that then entire unit was bad and danger for leak in the attic. He was able to show pictures of the evidence of these issues to prove he was not just trying to make a sale. Him and his son were able to get the entire outside and in the attic unit installed and working by the day before the party. It's usually an unsure feeling when dealing with AC companies, but Mike really made me feel comfortable with his honesty and work ethic. This company will remain my go-to for AC issues (and other mechanical issues as well) and I will recommend them to all family and friends! Thank you for allowing us to have a nice cool home in time for the party!!!

AHS assigned Valley's Best to fix my A/C unit after was out for three days. Adam the tech got the job done within an hour and left with a smile. This company employs the best and lives up to its name the Best I truly appreciate their quick service respond, especially my thanks goes to Marlene the office Mgr who contacted me immediately and scheduled the work in the same day while other companies didn't respond, have no openings, or made the excuse which was worse than guilt by saying: we don't serve A/C units on two stories houses, Absolutely ridiculous answer.

We had Scottsdale Air out to fix an issue with our HVAC unit. The tech, John Areikat, did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable and friendly. Scottsdale Air always provide first-class service so we shouldn't be surprised. It's nice to have a company by your side that is always honest and professional!!

We got home from a trip and found that the upstairs bedrooms were hotter than h. We called AZ Perfect comfort and they came out first thing in the morning. Fixed the AC and we are cool again. These guys are simply awesome! Prompt, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Awesome experience and a super technician

Billy Easley came to service our heat pump which was installed last year. To say that he is knowledgeable and professional is an understatement. He took his time and in our opinion was very thorough. We've had Billy for AC issues in the past and we could give him all the same praise. A 5 star for sure.
