I recently had an appliance issue ( dryer stopped working) Called A.P.E.S. and they had a technician come out named Brett. Not only was he on time , he was thorough in his analysis of what going on with my dryer. He explained my options and did what I thought was in my best interests. I would recommend services from APES

Al is great!! Very punctual, professional, and honest.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I am delighted to share my experience with Hobaica Services and it is with much enthusiasm I write this review.

Stumbling upon Hobaica Services yesterday morning as they were servicing my neighbor’s home, I strolled across to learn what the neighbors thought about their plumbing/heating company. It was an unfortunate providence that this very morning my own hot water heater sprung a leak and flooded the room. Although I had already contacted my regular company for service, I was searching to change provider as, after a thirty-year relationship, I had grown weary of their shoddy work and over-aggressive upselling. I had been looking for a new service company for several years but procrastinated. Perhaps this was an opportunity to make a change.

Upon hearing my troubles, the Hobaica HVAC technician, Donovan, indicated he was eager to help but he was not a licensed plumber. Donavan encouraged me to contact the Hobaica office and they could dispatch a specialist. I decided that I would continue forward with my heritage provider, but a while later another Hobaica truck arrived. This man was the field supervisor, Simon, who generously offered to take a look and assess my problems free of charge.

Simon quickly surmised what was wrong but did not push changing course, knowing I had a competitor arriving a few hours later. Sensing honest character and acute knowledge, I asked for a bid. I quizzed him about the product as I am picky about having only quality American-made appliances and gear. Feeling confident Hobaica could pull off the job, I canceled the previous service provider.

Not much time passed when ace technician, Travis Vonau, arrived. Let me tell you something: This fellow is amazing! Full of good cheer and an obvious love for his industry, he also exemplified that kind of guy you want working on your home. He has the look and confidence homeowners are looking for when we are suffering duress. He comes armed with the finest tools and quickly gets to work. Being a technician myself I like to study these types. Not only is he a hard worker and a textbook example of an experience tradesman, but he is also fun to work with. He had many good ideas and cleaned up the overall water flow and surrounding water pipes. Travis’s cleanliness and attention to perfect symmetry inspired me to do other projects around the house to make it look better.

But that is not the end. Next, Luis arrived on the scene with the new water heater. I joked that although I encountered so far three good people, however this arrival of the delivery man will show if Hobaica is consistent in hiring practices throughout the organization. I was not surprised to see Luis is typical of others who work there: nice truck, serious yet friendly, a true happy go lucky “let’s-get-it-done” type.

Speaking of trucks. Between my neighbor’s project and my own, we had a half dozen Hobaica trucks on our street that day. We are thinking of renaming Saint John Road to Hobaica Boulevard.

My only regret about Hobaica Services is that I’d not met them sooner.

These guys are awesome, Julio came in and had my ac working under an hour. I called at 11:45pm last night and they had someone here at 7am this morning. We have a 10 month old and needed ac asap. Julio was professional and was kind and got our unit running in no time. Desert Diamond helped me on my last house as well in the middle of summer, I recommend them to everyone.

Expert HVAC did a great job installing a heat pump for me and servicing both my heat pumps every year. I'm happy with their service and prices.

Promise was amazing. I knew I needed to replace my AC system. I got several quotes. On the install day they were on time, in uniform, everyone was clean, courteous, professional, and The whole thing went very well, smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves. We are super happy with them, great team, great value, great people. Solid equipment with great warranty. Friendly and fair. What else can you ask for?

Brett with Goettl performed maintenance on my water heater and replaced the anode rod. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to more years of maintenance with Goettl!

Horrible Company

Was referred by word of mouth by another happy customer. I was having trouble with my ac and they were able to respond the very next day. The tech who arrived was prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He worked quickly provided photos before and after of the work performed explaining the process and results. I feel confident in the work performed and look forward to a long working relationship with this team. Thank you for such amazing customer service. It is rare these days and very much appreciated.

Lincoln Air was there when we needed them due to a critical issue on a weekend. Our service repairman was responsive, professional, and diligent in expending the extra time and effort needed to identify the source of our problem and remediate it. We really appreciated the work done for us. Thanks Lincoln Air!

Horrible, told us to replace unit, had home warranty. will never use this company again

Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

They came out when they said. They were prompt and courteous. They found some issues and took care of them. I will always recommend Howard air for my heating and cooling needs for my home!
