If you're looking for a quality contractor that you can put your faith and trust in to get the job done well and set your mind at ease, then look no more. If you're looking for cheap work, questionable quality, delays and poor communication then you have a lot of options. Straight Line isn't the cheapest but they are the best overall value.

From the get go, we had a landscape designer in Holly who could see our vision but then helped enhance it. She doesn't just draw, she designs. Straight Line's team was very professional, highly organized and the installers were craftsmen. Their teams have been together for many years so they really know how to get jobs done well. They come in with a large group and knock it out, rather than having a few people show up a couple days each week. Travis is highly knowledgeable and great with finding solutions and options to unforeseen obstacles. They put everything in writing which eliminates the he said she said that is rampant in contracting. Bottom line, you can trust them to do what they say and ensure that you're 100% satisfied with your job. They warranty their work as well and they jumped right on the warranty issues that did come up. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Our backyard is a focal point and the place we love to hang out. It's our house that tends to host the neighborhood events and it wouldn't be so without Straight Line.

BJ's Landscaping hasn't let me down yet. Their prices are great and quality of work is on point. Whenever I have an issue that requires their service, they are quick to respond and get me taken care of. Easily give stars.

After installation they did not tell me how to fertilize or atleast to use the fertilizer. My grass started to look pale and after then they told to use the fertilizer. Now I see a lot of weeds growing in the grass after few months. I will look for a better landscape next time.
I lost the contact number of the person named Derrek who installed our backyard. I called their office to ask his number. But they would not give me his number. A change in behavior before and after the job is complete.

I contacted Nathan a few months back (through Yelp!) looking for a landscaper to reclaim our front and back yards that were a disaster and becoming an HOA problem. Nathan responded promptly and came out for a quick, in-person review of the situation. I had a quote the next day with reasonable pricing and so this is who we went with. I was not disappointed! The crew came out and did a hands-down fantastic job with our yards to take them from near jungle status to prim and proper once again. We decided to go with the monthly maintenance and now my yards are worry free. I also really like their online quote and payment system. Thanks!

Rarely am I really impressed by a business, but I need to say something about Sal and his team. First, he's personally responsive. I got a phone call within 24 hours (probably would have been quicker if I had messaged during the week). He continued to communicate very timely throughout our process. He came within 1 day to give me an estimate. I asked him to break out certain tasks so I could see which items I wanted to include. He had no problem with it and gave me a breakdown before he left my yard. He gave me as much time as I needed to think about it, which didn't take long as his prices were good, and scheduled me within 1 day. I asked for a yard cleanup and a stump removal. He not only cleaned my yard, he raked my gravel and sprayed for weeds that either were too tiny to grab through the gravel or even might come up. I was not expecting that. I asked to make sure no leaves got accidentally blown into my neighbor's yard, and not a single leaf went over there. The wretched stump in the backyard was completely dug out so it wouldn't return, plus he put everything back together in much better shape than he found it. My gravel is smooth, the weeds are done, everything is sprayed, and it looks fantastic. I expected someone to blow leaves and cut a stump. I got so much more accompanied by wonderful service. I will hire Sal happily every time I need work done. Highly recommend.

The team at Big Nick's did an amazing job with our irrigation installation. I couldn't have asked for more. They were prompt, professionl, and charged great rates. Can't say enough great things about these guys! They were the most competitive in their pricing, great timeline to get it done, and their work speaks for itself. Our backyard went from a dull eye sore to a one of a kind backyard. They installed grass, pulled out old trees, got out the horrendous rocks, put in my husbands putting green (which he can't stop talking about), installed pavers, and installed/fixed our sprinkler system. We have a fairly large backyard and if we had to do it ourselves we'd probably not enjoy our backyard for at least another year if not more. Already have so many compliments and people wanting to come over, thanks so much guys!!

When I was approached with a project that fell outside my radius, it was an opportunity to work with someone who did great work in this area. Knowing Abel Hardscape had plenty of satisfied customers and they completed jobs just as expected made them perfect for the job at hand which turned out beautifully! If you're looking around town or need help completing your next big landscaping idea give these guys another shot because there's no better team out here doing such quality service day after tomorrow. I would not hesitate recommending anyone else interested contact them too

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.

I just recently had Tomas and his family to do landscaping on my home. I was very impressed with the work they did . I will definitely hire him for another project soon.
