We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Will definitely use him and Quality again!! Thank you!

I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

Buying a new home and a few months in e are having shower stoppage issues. When Christopher came out he was very respectful and provided all the information need that was causing my issue. I ended up having to change out the sewer pipes. He and his team did a great job. He provided me with other option along with financial assistance..I would recommend this company along with Christopher and his team for reliable and respectful service held with honesty and integrity.

First time calling in, appointment service was great. From being greeted to appt confirmation, it was all a great experience. Armando showed up on time expected, I received a call to let me know tech was on his way. Once Armando arrived, he was very professional and knowledgeable as I was going over all the problems I had reported. He was quickly able to analyze and quote repairs along with suggested changes. Armando estimated the time needed and completed work before expected. All work completed was very well explained along with expectations on other repairs needed/suggested. Will definitely consider calling them again for any plumbing need. They have great energy, very friendly and professional.

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. They pointed out my issue and saved me thousands of dollars plus a game plan for everything to get handled. Thank you NU FLOW!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Arrogant! Right off the truck guy has an attitude. I have no use for you unless you know where your septic tank is. This is how you introduce yourself to a customer? By the way thanks for unrolling my 90' garden hose & leaving it out. Here is the lighter side, after calling & speaking to the receptionist she was very apologetic and nice to talk with. She said she would call the owner of the business and talk to him about it.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. I am approaching my 3rd anniversary as a client of Bumblebee Plumbing! I initially contacted them in 2019 after coming home to an unexpected pond in my yard. I was impressed that a friendly, capable person answered the phone immediately and dispatched a plumber to my home the same afternoon for a relatively quick (though muddy) fix. When my hot water heater was on the verge of failing, I called them again. Replacement was tricky because I had an electrical contractor working at the same time, and also because my semi-historic 1936 home had some redundant piping that puzzled Michael P. at first. I found out then that Michael is not only highly skilled, but is also a determined problem-solver. In early 2021 after another small, unwanted pond emerged, Bumblebee replaced the main service line from the road to my home (a distance of about 200 ft.). Finally in late 2021, after another serious underground leak somewhere in a maze of old PVC and galvanized pipe near my unused domestic well, I decided to go ahead with a whole house re-piping. Michael met with me in advance to plan the work and to listen to my list of concerns and old-house-quirks. The team that came to complete the 4 to 5-day project included Micheal, Cody, Joel, Victor, and Craig. They were ALL amazing: skilled, professional, respectful, and constantly seeking my input. Cody did some of the most delicate work for my main bathroom which included gently breaking into a cedar closet wall to replace old lines; he was also the lucky guy who worked in the crawl space under my house. I believe it was Joel who headed up work on lines in the attic; Victor and Craig dealt with trenching outdoors. Michael’s tasks included zero-error-tolerance drilling through brick masonry walls.I now love having great water pressure and beautiful new valves in convenient places, and I am free of living in fear of a water disaster. I am happy to give Bumblebee Plumbing my highest recommendation!

All Pro Plumbing Services was recommended by a friend. We had a really old boiler and hot water tank and they replaced them with a new combi boiler in the loft. technicians were great. Arrived on time, 2 days work and finished on time. Had a few issues with holes in roof, high water pressure and a towel rail that needed some extra work, but they came back and finished them no problems. Really really pleased with quality of the work, approachable technicians, arrived when they said they would and left when it was finished. No hidden costs,

Technician came out to flush our tankless water heater. I asked him several questions on water softeners and filtration systems.He was very professional and courteous in answering all my questions and pricing. Even standing in the hot garage to do so. He was quick in servicing the unit. We hope Blue Plumbers is the one to come out next year to do the service again!

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

Overall, I will continue to call them. I did not get the name of the technician yesterday but the previous three have all been very good with Customers. Yesterday's was a bit more condescending than I prefer.Also, they want payment up front, not just for materials but all labor to do the work/install. This can be disconcerting if not frustrating if you are not prepared.
