Daquon did a great job. He was thorough and respectful. He worked his butt off to ensure our water heater was up to code. Hopefully we don’t have to see him again but if we do, we know the work will be done right!

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

Jacob and Nikki showed up to my home on time to fix a leak I had with my RO faucet. I noticed a leak under the sink and Jacob diagnosed the problem and told me I had two options to fix it. One was a bit less expensive than the other - but he couldn't be certain I wouldn't have the issue down the road. The other one was a bit more, but would fix the issue permanently. I chose the permanent fix. He explained the process, was clean and professional and it was reasonably priced. Family Owned. Smaller office - friendly voices. The techs are paid by the hour not commissions - that helped knowing I wasn't being recommended unnecessary repairs. Me and a few of my neighbors have signed up for their yearly service agreement. Great folks!

Our AC went down on a Sunday afternoon and Kyle came out and got us up and running again. He arrived at our house in less than the time we were told he would and was extremely professional very friendly. I don't know what we would have done without Kyle and the helpful people at SG Mechanical.

I couldn't be happier with the people at Temperature Pro. The technician was wearing a mask when I opened the door; he was on-time and very professional. The owner, Maureen, follow-up with me after the technician left to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs A/C service.

What can I say? I adore this company. I'm a hard customer to impress but each and every time this company exceeds every expectation. Full disclosure---I love aliens so I am partial to any company that has alien in its name, but they are the real deal (as are aliens by the way.) This company is amazing.

Very nice and professional people that work at this business. Responsive, same day, to email, text, voicemail, or in person or telephone questions. (We didn't have many questions, but, you know...)

Just an all around pleasure to work with. They also coordinated with the other contractors (new roof) to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner (1 day! I didn't have to spend anytime away from my home.)

Oh yeah, and the HVAC they installed works just great also! (I waited to post the review until we tested out the heating side; the cooling side worked from day one.)

My experience with Arcadia air has been very unprofessional since the second I spoke to that lady on the phone. She had no information to give me, the workers did not show up on time. Michael and his assistant were completely unknowledgeable and kept saying they didn’t know how to rectify the issue. Michael was also rude to my elderly father. Almost as if he was impatient, while my father was trying to understand what was going on. We definitely consider another air-conditioning company that has been in town a lot longer.

Tony is excellent as he changed the resin out within my water softener that Parker & Sons installed in 2012. He was patient when showing me various settings.
I have used Parker & Sons since 2010 and they have the best quality and most knowledgeable technicians compared to a few other companies that I've used prior to P&S.

I've used a lot of companies over the years, but lately George Brazil is rising to the top! I've used them for both plumbing and HVAC repairs and they have been fair, do a quality job, and understand customer service and that we all have things we need to do. Their scheduling department is spot on and the techs are always on time and do what they say they will do and more.Mike Jolly was especially professional and experienced to deal with my recent HVAC issue, and was a pleasure to work with.I'll use George Brazil in the future as well as recommend them to others.Thank you George Brazil!

Clay and Rigo got it done! They found time to come out quickly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty compressor. Even though the unit was older, they were able to find the original replacement part. Now installed, also new capacitor and coolant in line filter and we are up and running again! Cooling seems better than ever. Good guys to work with too!

I am a snow bird, so trust over the phone is important. We had, what we thought was a main water line break on a Saturday, with guests in our house. Michael, come out on Sat, in an hour of my call, turned the water off and planned to come back Tuesday to dig, after calling for utilities to be marked. When he arrived on site, he found after doing little to no digging that it was a gasket cracked on the water meter, which he could have charged me to replaced, how would I know, Im in WI. However instead he called the city utility who will repair for free and reqursted Emergancy service since we had no water! Michael was great to work with and saved me a ton of money. We haved owed in AZ for 5 years now, and only use Patrick Riley for plumbing and HVAC! Totally trust them!!

Madison did a super job on my new condo's AC. He stuck with it in spite of unforseen issues and made sure all was done properly! I appropriate Howard Air & Madison's workmanship.
