Best New Installations in Phoenix AZ

Matt was recommended to us by our neighbor to do our flooring. We are extremely happy with our new hardwood flooring! The quality and communication was great throughout the project and we would recommend Phoenix Flooring to anyone.

A very shocking update to my prior post.... I discovered just hours ago that Urban Customs has decided to STEAL my original deposit of several thousand dollars. Yes... STEAL. Keep in mind, no actual flooring was installed as detailed in my main review, due to Heath changing his mind about refinishing my hardwood floors spontaneously. Apparently he does not want other customers to read my in-depth review of what happened, and Heath is holding my deposit money for RANSOM (which he previously promised to return). He has stated that he will only return it if I take down the truthful, albeit quite negative, reviews I have posted AND sign some mystery document, which is very very suspicious and shady.

While I am not in a position to lose thousands of dollars, it is more important to make this valuable information available to others in the greater Phoenix area so they can avoid having to deal with this absolutely criminal behavior that Heath and Rachel at Urban Customs engage in. I want everyone to be aware that this is the type of business they run, and any cent you may decide to pay them, you may never see again, nor will you necessarily get the services you think you are paying for.

I will be taking them to small claims court following this unbelievable experience, as well as other protective measures to ensure they cannot continue to cheat, threaten, and rip off others.

We've used Floor Source for years and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Tom and his team go out of their way to make sure the job is taken care of. Top notch!

They installed laminate flooring throughout the house. Did an excellent job, showed up when they promised they would, and cleaned up after the work. Everybody was courteous and pleasant to deal with. Great company.

We had a wonderful experience with Shop Save & Floor. The estimate and service was provided by experts, who had a good reputation in Mesa. They were all-around excellent. The team members were very responsive and communicative. They always provided us with the information we needed to make our decision on the flooring material that we wanted to install on our property. The installation process went smoothly and efficiently as well!

We had a great experience with American Epoxy Arizona! Xhesika came to the house with such an abundance of positive energy you can tell she loves what she does. She measured the garage, thoroughly explained the epoxy application process and explained what to expect (how long does installation take, when can you move items back in, when can cars be parked in garage, etc). We discussed the color options and Xhesika provided an estimate the same day. I had also called two other companies to provide estimates although once I met Xhesika I knew I wanted to go with AEA. She was proactive in coordinating a time that would work with my schedule and communicated several times as our installation date was approaching. She was so responsive. I felt like I was her most important customer. On installation day I met Adam. He was respectful, knowledgeable and very hard working. Due to a delay in another job the same day, our job started a bit later than expected. Adam worked efficiently all afternoon with Xhesika joining him later in the day and they both worked to nearly 8pm to get part 1 of our job complete. Adam came back the next morning with a few crew members to complete part 2 of our the job. Our 28 yr old garage floor looks amazing! Adam and Xhesika’s work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction is to be commended. I also love that this is a family business. Adriatic Flooring is in one word, AWSOME!! Dennis and his dad are by far the best floor installers I have ever used and I have owned many homes and had many floors installed. From the estimate to the install they were very professional. The price was exactly what the estimate was and the products they use are top quality. After they removed the old flooring they took moisture readings and checked the floor to make sure it was level. One spot was uneven so they fixed that prior to installing the new floor. They showed up on time, cleaned up when they were done and answered any question I had. I plan to use Adriatic Flooring again for our bathroom remodel. If you are considering new floors you owe it to yourself to give Adriatic Flooring a call.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with this company! They have many options in style of flooring and in various shades- it made picking the perfect color for our home so simple.

The workers who installed the flooring were professional and finished in a timely manner. We went with a grey SPC flooring that has a scratch resistant quartz finish, which also makes cleaning a breeze!

We only had 4 of the bedrooms done- but because of the outstanding professionalism, quality of flooring, and the amazing price point we're already looking into getting the rest of the floors replaced by them as well!
