Find another company to work with. Absolutely terrible service. Not only are their services terrible, but they do not stand behind their work. Replaced a shower cartridge with them, it failed in 3 months. Called me back to say they will charge me the same amount to do the same repair? Sorry guys, if I take my vehicle in for a repair, and the repair fails is short amount of time, you guys should stand up behind your work. They didnt. I will never use this company again, stay clear and work with better companies out there.

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. After Ken from Mr. Rooter came out we found out what was leaking and he got the ball rolling to get everything fixed with a restoration company. He also helped me address a couple other issues I had with my out door facets and water softener! I felt like he went above what is expected to give great customer service! And always kept me up to date on what he was finding!
