We had Garrett out through our home warranty for a a/c tune up. He did a great job and provided us with pertinent information regarding our unit. I usually don’t do memberships and such but it was definitely worth it to keep my unit running good!

They have always been extremely knowledgable, professional and honest. Their worksmanship and customer service are top notch. They will give you an honest assessment of your equipment and options to service the equipment always balancing costs and outcomes. I had to replace my existing A/C units and heating units last December. I wanted to write this review after 6 months to ensure the equipment installed was performing exactly like expected. As expected, the American Standard units are performing wonderfully. Amy and Mark were excellent in helping me identify the A/C and heating units and options that would match my needs and keep my house cool/warm. Their installation and worksmanship was excellent. Really recommend this company! They are super friendly and provide quick service which is significant in Arizona heat. My AC broke on a Monday morning, called them, and they were over diagnosing the issue within a couple hours. They were able to get a brand new AC unit, order a crane, and install my new AC unit by 8am on Tuesday morning. Not even 24 hours had passed since I called them and my AC was fixed!
