Goettl tech Elvin was simply fabulous. He arrived on time, wore his shoe covers whenever in the house. Did a thorough check of heating system and is having the manufacturer confirm his readings. We had a problem with the AC condensation overflowing into shower, found our primary outflow hose and vacuumed out the hose - it now works. He checked all the reading in the AC Unit on the roof and then replaced the batteries in the smoke alarms.

He communicated with us every step of the way - excellent.

Finally, as we have the Sadie Maintenance Package there was not additional charges. We could not be happier with the service.

James showed up quickly and was knowledgeable and friendly. He informed me of the price for diagnostics before starting and found the issue quickly once he inspected the HVAC. He let me know the price for the repairs and made sure I was comfortable with it before starting. He then repaired the issue and got everything working. I was impressed with the work and had him perform the biannual maintenance on my HVAC as well. I am very happy with the service and have signed up for there monthly maintenance plan.

Four seasons just replaced my AC unit today and they did an awesome job!

Steve and the whole team were amazing! Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We wanted a Mini-split system for our master bedroom. Six other companies didn't want to do it. Steve said no problem, let's do it! I've never slept so cool! After our main unit was installed there was a loud rattle every time it turned on. We called Steve and he was out the next day to fix it! They are not the cheapest company in town, but you get what you pay for, especially in HVAC. I would highly recommend Environmental Taming for any HVAC needs you have.

Moved recently from Tucson to Chandler, AZ. Needed an old AC unit to be replaced ahead of the summer season. Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by the AC company that upgraded my system in Tucson. They were right on target!!!! The experience with Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling was top notch from provision of a thorough estimate that included multiple options on available systems, the scheduling of the job, professional installation of my new system, clean up, and then explanation of the inner workings of the new Wi-Fi enabled controller. This is now the 2nd time with a no call no show! There business hours are horrible and they use a worthless answering service that can't do anything. I recommend that you never ever use this company! They will rip you off and never show up!

Chuck W. and Nathan S. were very professional and went above and beyond the details layout in the contract. I've been very happy with this company from the quality of work they perform and the techs they hire. Today I had them perform a Duct clean and seal. Not only did they do that, but Chuck and Nathan also improved the air flow to the front of the house making some changes to the Duct work. I now have more even cooling across the house, my office now gets cold. Thank You guys - one happy customer.

Daniel came out to fix my AC unit. He did an excellent job. Diagnosed the the issue quickly and replaced the faulty Thermostat the same day. They were very reasonable and knowledgeable. Great service. I will recommend Preferred Air to anyone. Thank you.

Our A.C. went out on a 3 day weekend and after being told we probaby wont even hear from anyone till Thursday we were not looking forward to the heat but Shane called us on Monday (even though they were closed) and was out at our house on Tuesday to get us up and going again. We thank Shane and the entire company of A/C Works for getting us taken care of so quickly. THANK YOU SHANE!!!!! Will only recomend these guys from here on

I called Howard Air after my A/C caused a leak in my ceiling. I had to turn off my A/C to contain the flood of water. Although I had never used Howard Air in the past, the receptionist made a special effort to send a technician to my house after hours. The technician who came was extremely helpful. He couldn’t fix the problem but he made sure to have additional technicians return today. They were able to fix my A/C and install a safety shut off valve to prevent another leak. The technicians were efficient, polite, clean and explained what they did. AND, the charges were very reasonable. I am so grateful that they were recommended to me. I’m just sorry I didn’t call them sooner.

I recently had a service call to my heater. And, again, Howard Air gif s wonderful job. Very thorough and professional. So happy with their service

Daniel came out quickly and changed out the motor in the air handler. He was fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. I'd definitely go with Aguilar A/C & Heating again.

I had another company out that inspected my units and found a couple of issue items. They were trying to suck me into a 5 year service contract with waiving the costs of the repairs. On line the reviews of customers all said they had the similar experience and every year that company found more issues and more costs. I reached out to Tom with Mountainside from a friends referral. He responded immediately and did a no cost second opinion. They did the repairs that were needed (Less than what the other company had quoted) no pressure to repair or use them and no pressure to lock into any contracts. Professional, Clean, took time to explain issues and findings. Will use Mountainside from here on out.
