I used Promise Heating and Air and both Jesus and Moises did an excellent job installing my A/C unit. They were very professional and explained to me everything very well that whats going on with my AC. They also made it to my house right away. They provided different level and price of solutions.I feel they are open and honest about repairs needed and they also assure i was satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Tony was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He found issues that can become potentially huge issues because I’m trying to get more mileage out of my 16 Year old AC unit.
He spent the time to explain everything about what he was doing in detail. So I felt more confident about the service I was receiving. He pointed out maintenance issues that no other service person has ever brought to my attention. Tony was fun to talk to while he worked and I felt like had made a friend by the time he left because for me, I like feeling like part of a family in service I receive. I called Four Seasons for the first time when my AC unit went down during the summer. They were so pleasant and understanding. They sent Jorge G out that same day and had my AC working in no time. He was so nice and professional. He was able to explain everything to me to where I could understand. Yesterday, I had Chris G out to maintain my unit for the winter and he was also so professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to everyone! They are wonderful, from the office staff to the technicians. Thank you!

I called SG Mechanical Air after several attempts of trying to get my AC fixed through my new build's HVAC vendor, which has been a frustrating experience. Miles from SG came and found an oil leak right away (something the vendor was unable to do yesterday). He provided a write up so I could pass it along to my builder to finally get the help needed. He was also very knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. I was very impressed and will be referring friends and family to SG.

Haired Day & Night to do two projects. Install water heater and replace toilet tank parts. They were on time and Clayton did an excellent install, neat and clean. There was a problem with the toilet but it was fixed to my satisfaction. I will use their service again. Clayton did a excellent install. Thanks for a good experience.

HVAC complete installation. On time, friendly, worked non-stop, cleaned up afterwards, all old equipment was hauled away. The new system cooled the house (2800 sq.ft.) down from 85 to 78 in 15 mins.. The entire transaction was quick and efficient from talking to Pam to the end of the installation. I truly hope this will be an excellent relationship for the life of the units.
