Best New Air Conditioner in Phoenix AZ

Of course my a/c stopped working in July and the hottest day of the summer. After calling a few places and being told they couldn’t make it out finally I hit the jackpot. Darlene called me first thing in the morning, extremely friendly...and well...I was a raging lunatic at my wits end. I was regretfully rude to her and even then she continued to be friendly When I probably deserved to be hung up on. Darlene if you are reading this. I’m sorry I was jerk. If your boss is reading this, Darlene deserves a raise. Or at least a nice lunch.

Mark was my technician. He was prompt and friendly. He didn’t totally escape my wrath and still smiled. Mark found the problem immediately. He was clear on my options and the cost associated with the repairs. There were no surprises, additional fees or trying to swindle more money from me, which I find with some other companies to be a common theme. Mark explained everything he did. What to keep an eye on in the future which was helpful. I finally have cool air again and are very grateful for Mark and Darlene’s patience with my snippy attitude.

Promise heating & air really came to the rescue today. The tech (Moises) that came out was really helpful and nice. He really made sure that I my day turned around. He is amazing! Thank you promise heating & air and Moises.

John Nunez was very friendly and professional. He did a great job checking our heating system and explaining what we needed to do to keep our system running efficiently. Unfortunately, Goettl’s prices are astronomical. We got 2 other quotes for the services and they were 1/2 of what Goettl was pricing us. John was wonderful, but we will no longer be using Goettl based on their costs.

Mike the tech arrived with incomplete safety protection.
He never gave me a clear diagnostic. This is through home warranty, Mike left without fixing my a/c he said he was making a report right away, when I called home warranty company 3 hours later they had no report.
I am sitting in a home with over 100 degrees outside.

Starting a new business from scratch is a lot of work with so many people trying to scam you out of money as you learn on the fly. Unlike most of the contractors and people we tried to work with these guys were very professional and amazing to work with. Their work is top notch and we plan on using no one else from here on out. Can not say enough good things about SG Mechanical. Thank you guys for being such a bright spot in this process.

Nick was terrific, showed me what need to be done. He explained what he would be doing and showed me pictures of the system that are worn. He contacted a vent cleaning service for me, got an estimate and completed booking the appointment with them. He also let info with me for discounts with servicing my system in the future. John showed up on a Sunday to fix our A/C. Very reasonable price and awesome service!

Adrian and Kevin were great to work with. Our air conditioner went out at night and I sent Rising Sun an email around 5:00 am on a Sunday morning. Pam the office manager was able to send someone out the very same morning on a Sunday so we didn't have to suffer in the day, as the high was going to be 111 degrees that day! The owner Adrian is a trustworthy man and I found out later that his assessment of my units being so old and fragile to clean the inside coils was on point. The reason I know this is that I paid another contractor a thousand dollars for each unit to clean it more thoroughly than Rising Sun would and it ended up being a waste of money, one of the units started to cool better but one failed a month later. These old units were so fragile and old. My home warranty company refused to replace my 24 yr old units due to a compressor failure and I should have trusted Adrian the whole time and just replaced my units because he was right, my home warranty was useless and wasn't going to pay for a new AC. Adrian provided me with excellent service and and excellent pricing too. Pam the office manager is super nice and hardworking too, I would invite her and Adrian over for Thanksgiving lol. Pam is even doing the work for me of registering the 10 hr warranties from the manufacturer for us and will not only email me an electronic copy of this but also is going to put a physical copy in the mail for us. Nobody wants to pay for an AC, and Adrian the owner was so kind as to basically honor the price he quoted me a year ago with some included inflation. I cannot recommend Rising Sun Air enough. Nobody actually wants to pay for 2 AC units but I have never felt to comfortable or excited to hand over so much money so that I have the peace of mind knowing that my tenants in my rental can be comfortable in their homes. Thanks Rising Sun!
