Best Need Repair in Phoenix AZ

Our air conditioner stopped working along with everyone else’s in the Valley. I googled AC repair open 24 hours and Hays popped right up. I spoke with their answering service initially, but I got a call back right away from a very friendly man. He said he would have someone out within 45 minutes, and to my surprise, 45 minutes later, I had a very kind and professional technician at my door. My air conditioner is now fixed and blowing cool air. I’m very impressed with the great honest service we received at a fair price. I will definitely use Hays for any future AC needs.

We had our A/C serviced today by our excellent penguin tech, Mike Erdbacher! He did an excellent and very thorough job. He explained issues that our unit had very well and even showed us pictures of the issues, some of which we didnt even know about until then! Overall the service was excellent! I will absolutely be reccomending Penguin Air to my friends and family after such a great and easy experience.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. I am so pleased with his work and will continue to use this company should any further plumbing issues arrive in the future. Thank you Tom!

DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY based on my experience, just my opinion.Hired them to find a gas leak and repair it, they turned off my gas so I reminded them to turn my gas on and please re-light my water heater they did neither. I called them the next day and explained they didn’t turn on my gas and they refused to help my husband spoke to them and they said they would contact us at730 am the next day they never called I tried calling them and no answer do not use them we filled a complaint with the BBB and wasn’t shocked to see they have a bad reputation there. After reading these reviews it seems like women have issues with them, not surprisingly by the way the treated me.

Another excellent experience with Hobaica and their technician Justin. I have been with Hobaica for many years and Justin has been my tech for several years. He is competent, punctual, and communicative. I appreciate this company's biannual inspection plan and that my Hobaica installed equipment passes every time.

The team was amazing, they were extremely clean, quite and provided a great customer experience. The products were extremely reasonable, cost wise and are working perfectly. I would highly recommend this group for all your AC and Heating needs.

I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have found something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

Quite satisfied with the service provided from the sales person, customer service representative, to the plumber who was dispatched. I had a water conditioning unit installed and the work was impressive. The plumber had his mask on, shoe covering, and left the work space neat. I have a request to do some electrical work and I look forward to it.

Everytime they came out they were very professional as well explained everything to me.

Jose was fantastic. We use the maintenance program offered by Parker and Sons and he made it worth using with this visit alone. He was professional, respectful of our home, came in already wearing his wask which we had requested to the operator, and answered a handful of questions that were outside of his regular maintenance visit.I will absolutely be recommending him to others and asking for him personally if anything is needed for our AC or Furnace in the future. I scheduled an appointment with an electrician to repair some outlets and a hot-water heater timer. The soonest they could get to me was 6 days out Tuesday 12/14. They gave me a time window of 10AM to 6PM. I got a curtesy call around 10:30 Tuesday and was told I was on their schedule. They couldn’t give me an updated timeframe for the electrician arrival. I called them around 1:30 and was told I was still on the schedule. I called again around 4 and was told the same thing. At 5:45 I called and was finally transferred to the scheduler and was told the electrician wouldn’t be able to get to me, they were over booked and they wanted to reschedule me 5 days out. I had a few a few choice words with the scheduler and overall service. I took off work so the electrical work could be done. They left me hanging and could have informed me much earlier in the day. Also they wanted to reschedule me out 5 days when an electrician should have been at my house the next day. Extremely poor customer service. I will not deal with George Brazil in the future.... I would like to give 1/2 Stars...
