Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

i need my ac to be looked at cuz it wasn't cooling corrctly and i had called another company and said we needed a whole new unit over $10k. and when i called them it was just and easy fix cost me less then $5k. Moises was awsome.

After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. TemperatureProPhoenix provided us with an air conditioner while installing our new system. They also installed the new system the following day, when everyone else was saying it would take at least a week before they could do it. We referred Benefit Air Conditioning to a client who was selling their home as the AC units were on their last leg. Benefit Air showed up on time, gave two options: 1) repair the unit (band aid on a wound) 2) Replace (best option as these were 20+ years old). Went with replacing and they did the job in a timely manner and even transferred the labor and parts warranty to the new homeowner after the home was sold! Long story short, we looked like the super hero's for referring them out and I would give them an A+ rating for a job well done. Thank you Paul.

My service man was absolutely wonderful. Everything was done in a timely fashion. He was conscientious and explained the repairs. Plus, he took it upon himself to call the air conditioning manufacture under warranty, and was able to get me the best price.

My technician's name was Q. He did a fabulous job, including video taping every thing he checked to show me there condition. I was very impressed with his professionalism and friendly manner. Recommendations were made, prices quoted, but no pressure, unlike other big companies.The main problem with this company is their turnover. However for my last two visits I've been very impressed.
