I reached out to Sewer Time after being in a house for 3.5 years with severe septic tank backups, as the homeowner I had no idea what the problem was and inherited it as a secret gift from the previous owner. The system that was onsite was reported to be from 1981 and had some sketchy notes in the permit application. Sewer time was able to come out to survey and diagnose my system’s problems, which turned out to be severe.

It was found that odd angles and adaptations had been made to the plumbing coming from my house, and that my septic tank was in hydraulic failure and was overwhelming the dry well that was installed in the 80s. It was also later found out during the dig that the back end of my actual septic tank precast concrete had a huge hole that was buried and concealed by the previous team. The diagnosis was to dig to the tank, repair any systems that could be repaired, and divert the drain into a new seepage pit. Bonus note, they were also able to repair my current septic tank and discouraged spending unnecessary money on a new tank.

Travis and Mike completed the entire job minus some small details, just the two of them. These guys are some of the kindest, most hard-working people I have ever met and some of the most reliable contractors. These two guys interacted with me and my family while we worked through this huge repair and were nothing but pleasant.

The scale of the job and the orientation of my backyard required a 14’ section of my brick wall to be removed to allow a larger excavator into the back yard to complete the job. I was concerned that it would be difficult to find and get another contractor to come for a small section repair like that, but Sewer Time was able to take care of the issue providing me with viable options to replace the wall or install a vehicle gate and was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, for how huge of a job this was and what a vital repair it was to my house and quality of life, I would 100% recommend using Server Time. These guys are legit.

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

Unfortunately, these days I expect lousy customer service and no communication from businesses.

Anthony's was the opposite. They were responsive, courteous and professional. The tech that came out (on time! what??) was friendly and knowledgeable.

My sewage lift station was no longer working and needed to be repaired or replaced.

I verified Macho Contracting was a Licensed Contractor and in good standing with the BBB.
After I approved their estimate, they scheduled and performed the necessary work to replace my pumps and control panel for my existing sewage lift station.

I have been using Complete Plumbing and Drain Service for many years. Clint is very knowledgeable and has trained his sons to be as impressively conscientious and competent as he is.

Over the years, they have replaced the outside irrigation and in house shut off valves. In the house, they replaced my hot water heater system for a Tankless unit which was the best thing ever! I never run out of hot water no matter the demand.

They have repaired or replaced faucets in the kitchen and bathrooms. They installed a bidet. They replaced a noisy and malfunctioning garbage disposal with an efficient, quiet garbage disposal. With 'open concept', I needed that.

They maintain my RO system (replacing membranes and filters and flush system) and my Tankless hot water system - flushing to clean the system annually, to keep them in optimum working order.

They are truly experts at ALL plumbing needs. They work meticulously on each job to be sure it is done right. They are conscientious and careful and they are nice people!

I totally recommend Rooter Ranger!! They were very knowledgeable and informative on my plumbing problem. All of the guys were very nice and cleaned up after they were done. Mikey was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They have awesome customer service I would definitely use them again if I had anymore plumbing problems!!!

I was having my septic emptied and inspected. I was told to expect them to come out between 6-8am. I was expecting the latter but they were at my house early and done in no time. Super friendly and efficient. When I called the office with questions the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Deptic Technologies for septic work!

Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! A quality plumber will be one less thing you will have to worry about.

I had water coming through my landing light, which I discovered was the result of a leak in my loft water tank, so I called James late at night for help. He walked me through what he thought it was (I provided pictures, which he reviewed) and told me what I needed to do to end the evening. The next afternoon, he came around and fixed the problem (pressure issue) while explaining everything to me. I appreciated his promptness and clarity in explaining everything. I booked an appointment a week out. There was no call to confirm the day before so I hoped that the time frame they gave me of 8-10am would be accurate. At 9:15 I called them to confirm we were on the schedule and the receptionist who answered confirmed and said they would be there by 10. At 10, they still weren’t here and I had to leave for an appointment. My husband had to leave work to be at the house for their arrival. At 11:15am he called them and the receptionist said that they were running behind schedule and she’d check with the technician for an eta and call right back. 35 minutes later and still no call back. My husband called again. This time she said that the technician was 3 to 4 hours out. So between 3 & 4pm. This is simply unacceptable as he was missing work to be there. There was no courtesy call, no apology, nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and terrible business practices.
