This was the first time that I used Penguin Air & Plumbing to service my AC unit and I am really happy with the service provided. I highly recommend giving them a shot. If you do, you won’t be disappointed. The company sent over Nathan & Jay to provide me with an AC tune up. They both did an awesome job while they were here. They were friendly, very informative, had great customer service skills, and never where they pushy to sell me extra stuff. Based on the service provided, I will without a doubt be using them again in the future.

The technician was Binh. He was great. Very knowledgeable and found the problem very fast. He checked out the motor capacitor and found it was showing signs of wear. Discussed replacement with one with better specs. Went with his suggestion.

Fred, the sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He came back to temporarily fix the 18 year old unit until it could be replaced. I had 4 estimates that varied by an amazing $5000 difference for the exact same unit and manufacturers. There are numerous people out there that try to take advantage of people BEWARE! The installers were on time, personable and experienced. They also brought a ac unit for 1 room. I highly recommend this company. The entire process(even office staff) made this a better experience than I imagined it would be.

Our septic was baking up into our showers and tub and the toilets were backing up. We had a well known plumbing company come out but the problem was not resolved and they wanted to charge us again to come back out even though they said it was guaranteed for 6months. We called at least 5 other pluming companies and they all could not come to check it for at least a week out. Then we called Ace plumbing. They came in less than 45 minutes. Tristan was our service tech and he is wonderful. He cares about what he is doing and he really wants to take care of you. He was determined to fix our plumping issues not just do a quick fix and leave. What I can say about Ace plumbing is this company runs on integrity. We feel like they really care about the people they are doing the job for. We got great quality work, a very caring tech at a very fair price. And they care a great deal about war veterans and senior citizens. This company is one that can be trusted to do what they say and get the job done right! Thank you for holding yourself’s to a standard above the rest.

We had our 20 year old central air conditioning system — outside unit and inside air handler — replaced. It’s a big and expensive project. After doing our homework to understand what would be entailed, we called Parker & Sons. Everyone we worked with, from the salesman who offered our options and quotes, to the gentlemen that tore out the old system and installed the new system, were professional and informative. They were all attentive to our questions and concerns which instilled confidence that we made the right choice in choosing Parker & Sons. They delivered on everything that they promised.

Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on a hot summer night at about 8pm. We called George Brazil and they came out ASAP, which was about 11pm. I was so happy they could fix it the same night! Brandon showed up, was very respectful to us, our dog and our home. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and quickly got to work! He has a new motor with him and swapped it out, no problem! He was honest about pricing and we chose to sign up for the service plan. Great idea! Great pricing, fantastic service! Very happy we chose to do business with these guys! Brandon let us know if we ever run into problems to just give him a call and he'll be there!

I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself and my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said “oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out”. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

We needed our garbage disposal replaced. We have done many HVAC and water installs with American Home Water & Air and always continue to come back for services because of the professionalism of their people. Higi came and replaced our garbage disposal quickly efficiently and left everything better than found! Can’t recommend enough!

We found these guys through the Home Show. As you know, there are A LOT of A/C guys at the home show. These guys stood out above all others. The owner was there and talked to us for quite a bit of time, making sure to thoroughly answer all of our questions. After all, this is a huge purchase to make.

We called to get a free quote and they came out that very same day. Getting more impressed with every move so far by these guys.

We had a price that we didn’t want to go over(which of course we didn’t say out loud). He quoted us for two 20 seer, 4 and 5 ton a/c units and two new furnaces. Plus they offer this really cool UV light air filtration (we got two of those). With all said and done, the quote was considerably less than what we thought it would be, and came in a couple of Thousand dollars cheaper than the number we didn’t want to go over. These guys have great pricing. They offered us financing and offered a ‘cash’ discount. So a win/win with that!

They were able to do installation within less than a week of the quote. They did the whole thing in two days. The guys and girl that came over were on time, professional and very nice to work with. At the end of the job, they cleaned up like they weren’t even there.

The systems works beautifully!

They came by two weeks later to inspect all work that was done and to make sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns.

They also have a service agreement, included in the cost!

I cannot say enough about this company. They are terrific!!! I would highly recommend them….you will be in good hands!!!

The only thing that concerned me a little was the fact that 2 screws were left out of panel on outside unit. Air conditioning is working great, but panel should have been replaced properly!
