Best Need Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Absolutely love, love, my remodeled shower/jacuzzi tub!! Technicians arrived on time and got to work immediately! I was impressed on how clean they left everything after the job was done. We had a new shower installed In October and it is a beauty. We also had a new floor installed. I complained about the job due to gaps along side the closet, toilet, and a wall adjacent to the toilet I also feel that your subcontractor or contractor did not take up all the tile underneath the flooring that he put it over that tile and therefore is uneven. He came back and mixed a colored grouting and asked if I could live with that and I said yes but in all honestly, I am not happy with the floor.

The place was at my home and I think Brad did a real wonderful job he was kind courteous and very professional he also had a good sense of humor And I also would like to say if I know anybody else does interested in having our bedrooms done I would prefer him thank you

I had a great experience with Rebath. I was referred by a friend and very pleased with the professionalism and presentation presented to me by Mike Fattaleh. Mike was on time, prepared and answered all my questions about the process to remodel my bathrooms. I liked that the quote for the job was presented to me at the time of the initial meeting and samples were shown to me for the products that they offer. I was in the process of getting pricing from other contractors and he is the first one to show up on time and give me a price for my job. Although I have not moved forward with my remodel at this time I will be using re-bath when I am ready. I feel like they will deliver what they present with no surprises at the end of the job. I highly recommend Re-Bath and Mike Fattaleh to anyone looking to have their bathrooms or kitchen redone. I can’t wait to have them do my job for me!

First heating and air contractor I have used in Az. Ryan came out same day I called about getting a quote. He was very friendly and straightforward. He gave me the best quote of all four quotes I got. And he was no pressure and no upsell tactics. Ryan and his guys showed up at my house right on time , if not early and got whole job done quickly and efficiently. Thay did exactly everything he said he would and put everything back together well and cleaned up nicely. He even had a guy that came about an hour and hauled away the old unit and components ,etc. Ryan’s installers were friendly and very professional. Ryan came back at the end and checked everything out also. I will use Comfort Experts from now on only. I only wish they did plumbing too so I could call them for that. These are

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. Hernan and his crew are professional, friendly, and pay a great deal of attention to quality detail work. We always call Hernan for our tile and stonework needs.

Our ac went out at 1am this past weekend after calling around to alot of ac companies with no reponse Nathan responded 15min after I left a voice message and was at my house within 20min later and saved us from sleeping in a hot home. I will forever be greatful for his amazing fast response.

We had our pump go out this morning (Sunday morning, early) and tried more than one company to help us out. BJ responded right away, helped us diagnose the issue and walked us through fixing it ourselves! Imagine that. Most companies would have charged a fee to come out and fix a problem that was simple and easy for us to take care of ourselves and it cost us nothing but a few minutes of our time! Next time we have service on our well, there's only one place we'll consider calling. These guys are awesome!

I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.

We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.

To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.

We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.

The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.

Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.

He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.

The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.

Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.

When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.

We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.

I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

I was very pleased with the efficency and professional work that was done and would use them again for repairs.
