This company took care of me when I had a flood last week. I’m glad we made business and the guys were always prompted on time . I'm so glad I contact them to do the work highly recommend them to anyone and everyone will for sure be contacting them for future projects.

We paid 50% for ceiling repair in June it is now October and we can’t even get them to call us back. They were supposed to do repairs 4 1/2 months ago. They still have our money. Terrible business practices!!

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

I cannot speak highly enough of the experience I had with ASAP Restoration. Truly, the owner Josh and his crew made the impossible happen, and I couldn’t be more impressed.

An inspection on the home we were selling revealed an unexpected mold patch in a bedroom closet, a mere six days before the scheduled closing. There was no way I could envision the job being done that quickly, but when Josh heard of my extraordinary circumstance, he quickly assigned his best guys to the task.

From the estimate to the mold removal to the testing to the reconstruction, every worker who came to my home was professional, personable, and dedicated to doing the best work possible. I trusted them to work in my home alone at times when I was unable to be there. The end product was flawless, and you truly would not have known that the wall and baseboard had been cut and replaced. And wouldn’t you know, the carpenter finished the final touches on the paint and left our home literally ten minutes before the buyers arrived for their final walkthrough—and they were also pleased with the result. I couldn’t believe the team actually pulled it off in that timeframe!

Again, ASAP Restoration exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend their services for anyone else’s mold, flood, or fire restoration needs. These are situations that nobody wants to be in—but if you find yourself in this unfortunate circumstance, you can put your trust in ASAP to make it right again.

Michael and Corbin had to remove my ceiling. They were very professional in setting up a plastic containment to prevent from dust being everywhere in my home. They cleaned up after they were done. Very clean cut work.

Upon calling bio-one I was greeted by a women named karizma. I was taken away by the professionalism the receptionist had, I believe she told me she had just started with the company a couple of weeks now but I can already tell it will be a pleasure talking with her if ever needed again! When the crew arrived there was 3 people tackling this big project. One of these boys and I believe his name was Cayden, stood out to me because he seemed well trained with how knowledgeable and professional he well. He put so much care and respect into his work you couldn’t tell that anything took place. I’ll be sure to request for him if ever there is a next time that needs to be handled just RIGHT .

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
