Best Maintenance Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Had them out to bid on some MINOR repairs on an investment property that I own. Tenant complained of leaking sinks, a toilet not flushing properly and needing new washer/dryer valves. They proposed a bid of almost $2,900.00 to essentially overhaul everything. INSANE. Needless to say i did not choose this bid.

I paid the up front fee of $80.00 (approx) for which someone flushed the toilet twice and said it would need to be replaced, not a bad day's pay for 5 mins, (tops) and absolutely no suggestions and temp fix, disappointing

My plumber Vincente was top notch. Not only did he fix my immediate problem of clog, But was also able to fix another problem immediately. Because of that professionalism, I went ahead and scheduled more services in the very near future. Have faith that this is a good company that does professional work, and in a timely manner at a reasonable rate.

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

With temps pushing past 110, it figured our air conditioner would call it quits. I called Hobaica Services and in a few days Scott Dale, the initial tech, and Jared, the comfort consultant, got us set up for a new unit. The company loaned us a portable cooling unit, and it kept one room livable until the new unit arrived. Gio and Tristan, the installation crew, had the unit up and running with no problem. The house was back in the 70s before we knew it.

I chose Desert Diamond Mechanical because of the excellent work that was done by David and Riley at my daughters house last month. David and Riley did not disappoint AT ALL when they came to replace my air conditioning system. They were professional, quick, clean and David answered all my questions about how the new system worked. I could not be more happy with the service I received!!!! And the peace of mind I have living here in the desert with a new system instead of a 20 year old unit that was falling apart is priceless to me. Thank you again David and Riley for the excellent customer service I received. I will be recommending your company to everyone!!

**New review notes. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone!! My daughter’s 2 year old unit had a coil leak out all the refrigerant. Personally I believe if a part is defective and leaks out another “part” it should all be covered by the original warranty. Also I believe when an invoice is sent and 2 employees of the company verified that price it should not suddenly be doubled before the parts will be replaced and she can move back into her home (which right now is 97 degrees so they are staying with me). She is a single mother trying to support her son and herself which is not easy in this economy. I believe the company and owner should honor the original invoice. I will definitely not be recommending this company to any of my Sun City friends. Good luck to you if you don’t read the low reviews on google or listen to past customers.

Gabe was quick to respond for a quote and Patrick and Tyler arrived on time and were able to complete the entire installation of a new A/C and furnace in one day. I am very pleased with Expert HVAC Services and recommend them to anyone needing installation and or repair services for their A/C, furnace,or duct work. I really have thank Moses for helping to repair my A/C system after dealing with the sweltering heat for so long. I really appreciate there quick service after others said it would take a few days to get out there. I would definitely say it was worth the price.

This is a great company that I trust. I have been with them since 2010 and my technician today was Matt Tanner. He is a great, honest and fantastic at explaining all the details of the services performed and services that need consideration to be taken care of! Way to go guys!!!

The tech was INCREDIBLY helpful and informative!!!! They saved me $1200.00! Not only did he explain what they (as techs) were seeing with the cold temps out here but educated me in such a professional and engaging way! After speaking with him about the unit, it sounds like they get tons of continuous training! We had another company come in before them. Larson (the other company) charged $120 service fee (1st choice was less than half). Then the Larson tech told us we needed to do 1 of 2 unnecessary and very expensive services…
1st Choice didn’t try to push anything unnecessary on me and when he didn’t find anything that needed service, he said so.
I am a female and was home alone. The tech James did an amazing job of making me feel comfortable with him in the house. He waiting to be invited any further into the house and to be shown the unit.

I called A&M in June of 2017 to do an inspection on the ac unit of a condo I was going to purchase. Mark came out and did the inspection on a 35 yr. old unit and said that it was on its last leg, he actually needed to change some wiring I believe, because of work done on the unit from other companies was not correct. He said the unit was a mess because of all the band-aids made on it through out the years, he requested that I think about replacing the unit because it may not get me through another summer. Long story short, it made it through and A&M installed one in June of last year and I am so grateful for Mark and Amy for their help in getting me the correct unit for my condo and for getting me a thermostat that I can control with my phone from anywhere! The job was done in a day, new unit, elbow, wiring, condensate line, and thermostat. The job was clean and they cleaned up after they were done.

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

Extremely fast and clean work for central humidifier installations (they installed 4 units over our 4 AC systems). Warranty repairs was also promptly executed. Very professional and proficient crew.
