My mother, Marge Wilson has used them for the last 15/20 years and she is thrilled with them. She is 86 and they treat her like a queen. If she has a problem, she has no problem getting a hold of them, and they come out quickly. She just recently called them, they came out, fixed the problem promptly and professionally. Thank you Mikku & Sons, I had a new roof installed last year and there were a few warranty items that needed attention, Josh responded quickly and then documented each warranty repair that had been done and even supplied pictures so I didn't have to climb on the roof to see that it was taken care of. Very professional company covering Arrowhead region in the west valley. They stand by their work and do not try to gouge the customers for badly needed repairs. When the leaky roof was repaired in the summer, Castille Roofing did a partial repair where the source of the leak came from. However, over the Christmas holiday we received driving rain which caused more leaking in the same section. They gave us full credit for the work done in the summer and redid the repair work and covered a larger area. We were very grateful that they responded within a week of the new leaking even during the holiday season. All work is guaranteed and pictures of the repair were provided.

We had our house soft washed today by this team and it looks phenomenal. The two-member crew came (with the owner) to introduce themselves and and ensure we didn't have any questions before they started the job. Once they started, they were careful and professional to ensure nothing was damaged or disrupted with our house. The job was done in a timely manner and the results are awesome. Highly recommend this company and definitely going to use them annually moving forward to ensure our house is treated and looking fantastic!

Called to schedule an estimate, was told I would hear from an estimator to schedule after giving them my information. Never heard back. Guess they dont want more business.

UPDATE:
They called me within hours of this review. I was at work so I missed the call. The next day(on a Saturday, I come home from errands and find a paper on my BEDROOM door that they had been in my house without me. I had other workers here, but that does not give them the right to enter my home without me here. The following Monday I receive an estimate from them for a roof repair in a random spot that I didnt even ask for that is not leaking. I called for a leak in my master bath and they gave me an estimate for a repair in the garage. WAY OFF. I called to tell them I dont like that they entered my home without me and that the estimate is not what I asked for. They said they would call me back so that they could come look at the leak. They didnt. Big shocker. STAY FAR AWAY.

I worked for this company about a year and a half. Safety is horrible for the employees. I was injured on the roof during a heat wave advisory of 115 degrees plus. It took 3 and a half hours to get me off due to starkweather not wanting to call emergency services for help. My family ended up calling 911 and they said if I couldn't safely be removed from the roof within 10 minutes they should of been called sooner to help. Due to my family calling 911 and stepping in for my safety I was terminated. The owner of the company Jeff Starkweather had no sympathy also telling my wife and myself that we would be sorry and screwed in the end for taking my health into our own hands by filing worker's compensation. Also the superintendents are very rude to there employees calling them names and degrading them. Not a company I

Kevin Bowland of Apple Roofing in AZ is the best! Responsive, knowledgeable and professional. He performs thorough roof inspections, and explains/reports his findings with photos as well. He has very reasonable prices and does high quality work/repairs. On top if that....he’s such a nice guy and you can tell he cares about his customers getting honest, trustworthy service. That is why he is my go-to roofer for all of my clients. Highly recommend!!
