OMG. Ryan is amazing. Please promote this guy. He dramatically reduced my stress level. My gas furnace was setup wrong and overheating like crazy. I was afraid the house was going to burn down. Called the emergency hotline and Ryan called me back. From the second I heard his voice, I knew I was in great hands, and I was right.

Excellent customer service from nice people

My heat pump was installed on Feb. 21 by Frank and David. They were very friendly and answered all my questions. They even tolerated my picture taking ;>) I am very satisfied with my decision to choose Desert Diamond for my heat pump purchase and installation.

GREAT team of professionals, fast, friendly and reasonable prices.

I just moved into our new home and found that our master bedroom was much warmer than the rest of the home. I needed an extra vent in that room and they did the job within a week at a great price. The room is now comfortable and the same temp as the rest of the house.

I highly recommend them, straight answers and they won't try to sell you anything you don't need.

Great service and techs

Just had a complete new a/c unit installed by Marcus, Alton, and Ryan. These guys did amazing, very respectful, and kept us informed of everything going on. We also had another crew come in and do a complete vent cleaning/sanitizing at the same time, and with all the Goettl team in here, it went seemless and professional. Been using their services for year and will continue to for years to come.

My AC stopped working last summer & being the home owner only a year, I desperately called the number written in pencil on the unit hoping it was an AC company. They had my house on file & fixed my AC the next day. They were hassle free, reasonably priced & very courteous. I will continue to use & recommend this company.

Literally the most professional, reliable, knowledgeable and helpful contractors we’ve ever hired over many years and projects - recommended by a neighbor who has worked with them. Amy, Mark and their crew are really a breath of fresh air.

We were replacing our main AC and furnace, an expensive project. Price on the four bids we got were basically identical, but A&M’s service sets them apart. They understood our setup better than the AC company that installed and serviced it previously. They were put a lot of time into improving our system, rather than just sending us a boilerplate quote swapping in a new unit.

Typically about three days into a big project, I get that “oh no, why did I even start this, I’m going to have to babysit these guys and argue about a bunch of stuff” feeling, but with A&M I knew immediately that we’d made the right choice. All of their employees were professional and really nice people. Our project had some unexpected turns (invasive tree roots and a sewer line that cracked where the condenser needed to be), but they handled it all flawlessly. I didn’t lose even one minute worrying. I knew they would get it done correctly, and they did.

Amy and Mark stay on top of changes in their field, and they clearly enjoyed sharing their knowledge and helping us understand our options. I learned a lot from them! Definitely will be switching to them for our maintenance as well. 100% recommend.

Gerardo answered his phone on a Sunday and the unit was installed on Monday a.m. I needed a quick installation in order to close my home on time and they came through. Great customer service and responsiveness! Will use them again for sure!

Excellent response time and outstanding customer service. We have used them several times and each experience has been great! Our home is on the market and our thermostat went out. Yes this is a fairly easy fix but when you're working around multiple schedules and the first 100 degree day it's great to know you can count on them to get you back up and running and at very fair prices!

The tech, Terry, who completed the repair was outstanding. In addition to being proficient and efficient, he is very customer oriented. I will be requesting him for future HVAC service.My only complaint is with the pricing of the service (which is not, apparently, anything with which Terry has any say). The charge for labor, relative to the time and difficulty to make the repair, was way out of line in my opinion. I understand the need for the company to cover overhead and operating costs via labor charges, but the bill I had to pay seemed exorbitant for the service provided.

King Mechanical is amazing from top to bottom. I called them on a weekend and they were able to schedule me and get a crane in line for the AC swap on Monday.

I had a 12 year old unit that broke down twice this summer and got other companies to quote me for a 3 ton unit. Frank got me exactly what the competition offered for less (i compared model numbers)I ands able to get the install done quicker than anyone in the valley. Did I mention he lined everything up over the weekend yet still the most affordable option.

Don't pass on King Mechanical. They are passionate about being problem solvers, working with you and your needs and I can assure you I called a lot of places and his price was the best with the same labor warranty the others offered.

The service was amazing from this team. They installed our HVAC system and thermostat and their communication was awesome. There were knowledgeable and prompt.

Quick response on a Sunday evening. James was able to identify the issue quickly and went through options with me. The repair was completed quickly and made for a stress free evening. After trying a few AC companies, I believe I have found one to rely on going forward.
