So glad I called Hero Home Services! Johnathan cleared a stubborn clog in my old kitchen drain and using a camera, Alex and Kerry diagnosed the where the problem area of pipe is located. The camera is included in their cabling (rooter) service call. Crisis averted this time but I will not hesitate to call them for future repairs of the line. Oh, and they are all very courteous an professional too!

Marco came out to resolve a issue with the kitchen sink not draining well. He was professional, timely and did a wonderful job clearing out the trap. He also took the time to answer my questions and did a very thorough job plus was very tidy too. I like using Reddi Services. Had a very difficult clog in my bathroom sink. Two different local plumbers had previously attempted to snake the drain by traditional methods but to no avail. They’d suggested opening the wall, possibly the floor, or hydrojetting the pipes of my older home as my next options. Ryan came on the weekend and to my relief was able to unclog the drain without any of those more expensive alternatives. He was very professional and was answered all my questions.
