We encountered tech Zeb Spencer. He was rude, and disrespectful. I Always use this company without a problem, because everyone is so nice. Not this time. This tech was rude, unprofessional and needs to be more kind to your customers. I decided to go with a different company because of him! Good luck if you choose to use them!

We decided to call this service after our main pipe was accidentally drilled into. Robert was willing to take on the job and came out right on time to provide a diagnosis and quote to fix. His communication was great and he explained everything which was reassuring and he also provided options. The same day service was phenomenal. We have running water again! Highly recommend! A++!

They had no idea how to put in old fuses in a historical home and suggested an electrician which makes sense.

The representative was very responsive and provided lots of info regarding air conditioners. The price this co gave me was almost the same as a Bosch sir cond from another co but the warranty on the Bosch unit longer plus included a whole house power surge protector. If I had gone with a lennox this would been my co of choice.
