I called 6 plumbers and did not receive many call backs. I finally called Hays and they sent out Dan the next day. He was so nice and made a stressful situation so much better. I was just praying that the cost would be under $500 and it was half that. I felt very comfortable with Dan and would have left him at my house to complete the work if I had to. I will absolutely being using Hays for all of my home repairs from now on.

I'm a GENERAL CONTRACTOR! These guys are great!OUTSTANDING SERVICE & SUPPORT!Jose took a lot of time and explained in detail all the features and benefits of my plumbing/water system. LIke changing the oil and filter in a car, good maintenance is key to a long-lasting and stress-free water system....Jose showed me where we had over 90 PSI at the water meter (norm is 40-50 PSI) and he installed a new reducer valve (think lowering your blood pressure)! He then replaced ALL the water valves and hoses (all 13 of them) with new, and he did it ON THE COPPER PIPE (no cutting corners). He then showed me the milky color of my water explaining calcium buildup and potential hazards if not addressed. I've seen $250,000.00 water-damaged houses and claims. It sucks! I’ve had about 8-10 technicians come as part of home warranty claims over the past several years. North Valley Mechanical has by far been the best company I’ve ever dealt with. Anthony was extremely friendly, completely explained any issues, and assured me he’d fix any problems. I specifically noticed Anthony’s attention to detail which I really appreciate. I will never use any other company besides North Valley. North Valley and Anthony renewed my faith that there still are some great companies and technicians out there, they are just hard to find at times. I give them 10 stars and highly recommend.

Diamond Desert Mechanical has been TERRIFIC to work with! Steve S. took extra time and care to identify what was needed to eliminate dust issues, uneven heating and cooling in the house, and air quality concerns. He determined the most cost-effective way to achieve those results. Then David and his professional and courteous crew (Austin, Frank, Justin, Steven) did a super job of making the changes. They explained everything they were doing, made sure that my furniture was protected from any resulting dust and residue from the duct work, and did a meticulous job of cleaning up when finished. I work from home and they willingly accommodated my call schedule. They went above and beyond with extra time and effort to make sure that everything was left in better condition than when they arrived. A week after installation I had questions about the air scrubber that was installed and Steve has been just as helpful and responsive as he was before the sale was made. I wish all companies had people as professional, capable, helpful and considerate as this group of guys! Oh yes…I’ve had my system for 2 weeks now and it is delivering as expected…very little dust in the house and more even cooling. Kudos to the team!
June 2020 UPDATE: Mario performed the summer service and he was on time and did a very thorough job. He cleaned my Clean Effects filter even though it was only partially dirty...very pro-active. I continue to be satisfied with the system and with Desert Diamond Mechanical.

I wanted to give Michael from Goettle a big thank you. I was having a loud sound coming from my new AC. They had come out a month or so go and fixed it. Unfortunately, my unit is being temperamental. Michael came out and swapped out some parts. Hopefully that takes care of the issue. Michael thank you for listening to me and hearing me describing the issue. Fingers crossed! This company is top of the line, and their tech, Meagan, was the absolute best! Fast and efficient at an amazing rate!

They tried to charge $550 to install a condenser fan motor and cap. I found the parts for $180 and installed with a friend in less than an hour. I don't have the tools or coolant to charge my AC, so I am glad to have that part of the service call.

We had used REEis 9 years ago for an energy audit and also to seal our duct work. We had them back out today because our HVAC company couldn't find the reason for an excessive amount of dust suddenly coming into our house. Instead, the HVAC company suggested we purchase air scrubbers for our units to treat the dust but, they couldn't figure out what was causing the problem. We declined the air scrubbers and called REEis instead. They sent Kyle and within 5 minutes, he found the problem (which turned out to be caused by the HVAC company when they installed the system) and he told us how it could be fixed. I would highly recommend REEis to anyone in need of HVAC work or home energy audits.

Customer service was great with Adrian and the scheduling team to reschedule my appointment because I scheduled it on the wrong day. Very friendly company! ACE Home Services have taken care of all of my AC/Heating needs on my house since 2007 and will continue to use them. Love that is Veteran own…my husband was in the Air Force!

It was a wonderful experience considering that I had no use of my AC
during one of the hottest weekends in August! The receptionist on the phone was so understanding of my situation and although they
had a busy week, she was able to get me help right away.

I had a condenser installed in my AC. The next day, it wasn't working properly, so I had a tech out. He supposedly fixed it, but now its just a few days later and the system is broken . I had a full system installed using Howard Air and had some major problems with that install as well (leaks, warped wood, mold). I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere. I wish I had
