Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I can not tell you effectively how much this company means to me because of Steve Schilling. Steve is old school customer service oriented, very honest and goes above and beyond to serve. I had an old unit that Steve was able to salvage for 3 years before my recent experience which I needed to replace the unit. Steve didn’t try to oversell me, he was very upfront and worked with me while I came up with the full payment. I gave my word to Steve and he trusted me without question. My unit was installed, I also added in some insulation which is heaven and I can’t thank Desert Diamond enough for employing such wonderful people like Steve and my installers. Our two technicians (Matt and I apologize for not remembering the other gentleman’s name beginning with a “I”) were very professional and courteous. They listened to our information about the problem and offered their recommendations. We agreed and they performed the repairs quickly and thoroughly. I am very pleased with the service of the technicians and with the way the support staff handled our initial contract.

Stellar service. These guys needed to come out multiple times in a row to fix our heat and did so by ensuring we got the best price and they targeted the exact issue. They did so when it was convenient for us and I am so happy with the finished product. They weren’t pushy about needing a new unit, they did give us a quote for a new one when we are ready but didn’t try and sell us something we don’t need right now. The team at Four Seasons is awesome! The owners are always available when you need them and have questions, they also extremely knowledgeable within the industry. The Engineer Chris is fantastic, he is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service as well.
