Sewer Time Septic & Drain repaired our sewer line outside our home when our tree roots grew into and cracked the drain line to our septic tank. After Dan inspected the line using a camera he found the sewer line needed to be replaced and also found our septic tank had root intrusion and damaged our septic tank. They were able to replace both the main line and the tank very quickly and we felt the price was fair. Highly recommend these guys.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Our toilet was clogged with a small travel size deodorant!!! ?I really recommend Hero Home Services if your looking for professional, kind and quick help! First I went through dispatch and the woman was very
helpful/professional. She helped me with a sense of urgency and was able to get me someone right away. Both gentlemen were very respectful and professional but Manny was amazing and really put in hard work to get the job done. Manny went above and beyond and was able to unclog the toilet quickly without flipping the toilet. Highly highly recommended!

Saturday late afternoon while attempting to replace corroded 35 year old washing machine hot & cold water valves (with new ones) in our laundry room, I found it impossible to make a seal against the existing compression sleeves without leaking. Although it was after 6:00pm and the weekend, I felt frustrated and helpless. My wife Googled plumbing services online and found REDDI HEROES which noted no extra weekend expenses. After reading many of the reviews we felt secure in contacted them to see if it was possible to have this serviced still that night. Not only did they say that it was doable, but they responded back in a timely manner and said that Pepe Munoz would let me know ASAP if he could accommodate us. He called back within minutes and said he was in north Scottsdale and could make it in approx. one and a half hours...and if that was too late early Sunday morning. I was desperate in that the water was turned off to my house and asked if possible could he make it that night. He was a man of his word and arrived about 1.5 hours later to examine the situation. He and his assistant Brian then proceeded to grab their tools and repaired our valves quickly and professionally and waited long enough to ensure that the leaks were gone. I pride myself in being a handyman around the house, but they had all the specific tools needed and knowhow to complete the mess I had made.....and at a reasonable price! Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

Noticed my clean out was slightly leaking. I called Cooper's Sewer and Drain and had a truck here within the hour on a Saturday. Our septic was full. The price I got on the phone is the price I paid. Very friendly driver, and gave me really good tips on how we can conserve the unit. I called 4 other companies and got 100-250.00 higher quotes. I would HIGHLY recommend this company, best service and best prices.

The employees who came to do the work always showed up on time, acted in a very professional manner, advised me as what was happening and did a very good job of clean up and repair of some sheetrock.

The attention to detail, cleanliness and response time is always impressive, We have used them for both our residential an commercial pumping in Arizona. You'll be hard pressed to find a better pumper!!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

Make sure when you call for pumping service that you ask what you get for the $225.00. I paid for a 1000 gallon pump out. The tech didn't agitate the solids to break them up and left a 1 foot layer on the bottom. When I asked why he wasn't removing the solids, he told me that they only pump the liquid and pumping the solids would cost up to $700.00. Are you kidding me? That makes no sense. You are here to pump the solids! Wally didn't tell me that on the phone. I will never use them again.

Paradise Septic saved us from a very stinky situation! They came out same day and when there was a problem on my end with locating the filter, returned 2 days later. They were very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I received a window of time for arrival with a call on for a 30 minute lead time so I didn’t have to sit around for half a day. The technician was very respectful and super quick, clean and kind. i am a realtor who has referred ducks septic to clients and i am also a customer. they are hands down the best priced out there for inspections and services. honest and very nice employees. when they came out to empty our tank they had to spend time finding and digging up the access hole; they charged a flat fee...not by the man or by the hour! i would highly recommend them! also, they are very good about providing quick response to your needs!!

Mark (the owner) quoted me $600-800 to fix a toilet that wouldn't stop running, while telling me I was wasting his time because it was 3am (despite being listed online as a 24 hour plumber) Granted this was early morning on Thanksgiving, I had been quoted by two others at 150 each, but they simply didn't have room in their schedule immediately. I guess this explains why Mark does. I don't think I've ever been spoken to so rudely by a business owner.
