Tom was great and showed up immediately after I called that my garbage disposal was leaking everywhere under my sink. I always use Maloney Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

I had a water leak in a shower. It turns out it was the spigot. They diagnosed it quickly and fixed it cheaply. Afterwards, the water pressure was a bit off. They were quick to come out and figure out why - was no charge. Clean and prompt.

Anybody else would be a better choice. These people are crooks.

We needed to replace our garbage disposal that had just seized up from lack of use. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come Thursday morning. They arrived on schedule following all Covid-19 protocols they said they would. The technician said I could get a discount if I was a Yelp member and I was. So that saved $55 off the total. I was very appreciative of this. He did his work in a timely manner and we're back to having a working garburator! Very pleased with their good service.

Called Custom for a diagnosis and estimate of a leak, inside a shower wall, that was softening and bubbling drywall; our insurer denied coverage, as we hadn't met their 14 day "window" to file a claim on it, so we were on our own. Big morale flattener! Pulled up Home Advisor, entered my job order, and Custom was the first response with a 4:30 p. phone call. Office lady said she'd have plumber Keith out in 2 hours to quote the job and, sure enough, Keith rang the doorbell at about 6:30. He asked permission to open the wall up, which I granted; he quickly diagnosed a leaking diverter valve and suggested a new single knob Moen, with an oval trim plate that would cover the dual handle holes in the shower tile. Since he had two more calls that night, he'd call next morning with the quote (but he'd cap off the pipe feeding the diverter leak, before leaving). I asked him to also include replacement of a back yard, heavily-leaking hose bibb, connected to 47 year-old metal galvanized pipe, that I'd tried unsuccessfully to unscrew, but gave up for fear of torquing the fragile old pipe into a twist split, or snapping it. He asked to see it--took one look and said, "I'll fix this right now for you, so you can at least relax, where this water loss is concerned." I asked how much it would add to his quote and my mouth dropped when he said, "NO CHARGE--its a 5-minute fix, with the right tools, so I'm not going to charge you for something this simple." About 5 minutes later, he'd safely installed the new bibb that I'd bought earlier in the day! He then went back inside, sawed off and capped the cold water pipe to the diverter, and, with a cheerful "Call you tomorrow morning" (which he did), left for his next call. Now, while Custom isn't necessarily the cheapest outfit out there, WHO ELSE OFFERS EXTRA SERVICE LIKE THAT, with such empathy for a stressed customer? I sure haven't met them, yet, so you can bet Keith's business card is at the front of my Rolodex's plumbing tab! You'll be in excellent hands, should you dial them up. First-rate service, but more importantly, first-rate people, if they're anything close to Keith!

I’ve used Wyman 3 times now. This time I needed to replace a damaged hose bib. They got me on the schedule quickly, arrived when they promised, and were fast, professional, friendly and thorough. I will use them anytime I need plumbing work done.

Remington with Deer Valley Plumbing really went the extra mile for me! I tried my best average joe repair but to no avail. This is where these guys stepped up and got everything fixed at a low cost and taking my existing structures in mind. They don’t oversell, tell you to get something new, they just perform the repair work. Very satisfied!

The Rooter Hero serviceman was excellent and helped me understand the challenges of my problem which was a broken sink. Although I am still considering my options, I would definately call again for help with my plumbing.

My plumber, Adam, was great to work with. He was very good at keeping in contact with me do that I knew just when to expect him. This side showered me to prepare in advance so that he could complete the job as easily and quickly as possible.



He worked in a professional manner and communicated very well with my home warranty company so that I got the best solution, not a temporary band-aid quick fix. He asked my opinion about every option that I had to modify my plumbing for a water heater replacement. He got my aged heater up and running long enough to make it to the planned replacement, so I was never without hot water.



The customer experience with the office is a different story. They are pleasant and friendly, but they seem to be understaffed. I called them multiple times and was always placed on an extended hold. Then, you can never get back to the person that you were last speaking to and have to explain your situation anew each time you call. They need to hire more dispatchers so that they can answer your call in a timely fashion and be able to have the customer continue a discussion with the same agent.

He came on time and cleaned up after himself. You could not even tell that he was here. And my new toilet is just what I wanted.

Casey was our technician, and he was extremely professional, kind, and thorough. Would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing services.

I needed to change the kitchen Facet, and my Home Insurance send Mr. Zolten Laszlos, from Laszlo's Plumbing, to do the work.

This is an older house, and the kitchen faucet had been there for many year, so it was not an easy job, but Mr.Zolten did a fantastic job! After he was done, he cleaned the area where he worked, leaving it cleaner than it was before he started to work.

Mr. Zolten did an excellent job. I highly recommend him. I wish everyone would be as good, reliable, respectful, and knowledgeble as Mr. Zolten.
