Best Installation Air Conditioning in Phoenix AZ

The techs they sent to our home - Elijah and Rene - were amazing. Very professional and quick, even with the issue they had to deal with. 5/5 stars, especially since I can enjoy my room again!

We have a very old a/c unit and have used Hays for seasonal maintenance and a couple of repairs. They have provided friendly efficient service. I have never felt price gouged nor have they ever pressured us into buying new just because our unit is old.

I highly recommend Penguin Air. I had a leak in my copper water line on the high-pressure side, so the leak was constant. Of course I can turn the water off to my house, but not for very long. I had called another company before I called Penguin Air (big mistake). That other company wouldn't come out until the next morning. I took a day off from work and waited for the other company all day. Multiple calls throughout the day and they finally told me at 4pm they would need to reschedule. My water is leaking and I can't keep it shutoff. So now this emergency just got a whole lot worse and I started to feel sick to my stomach. I called Penguin Air and they immediately told me they could get someone to my house in a couple of hours (major stress relief). That was fantastic news because I live at the edge of town and it takes a while to drive to my house. The repair process went just as Penguin Air said it would. Within an hour I was assigned my technician and I was given his contact info and his picture. I then received a text that had a link to track his location. That was awesome. Just like using GPS, I could see where he was and how far he still had to go. That was a major stress relief being able to see where he was and not just waiting and wondering if he's actually still coming. Once he was onsite, the service was awesome. The repair was quick and fixed very well. It has been a few days since the repair and I have checked every day and not a single drop of water, it's 100% dry. I wish all companies had this type of excellent service, but at least Penguin Air does.

Grayson Vu was a very knowledgeable and professional service tech. He was on time and took his time checking things out. He even recommended something to improve our air flow and comfort. Great company and great rep!

Great and friendly techs! Kept me informed with what the issues and resolution was.

As the temps hit triple digits, I began thinking about getting an AC Tune up. The only question was who to use. I had received multiple fliers from various companies in the valley. Both of my neighbors had recently used Desert Diamond and had great things to say. I figured between the positive reviews, and the great price, why not give them a shot. I called and spoke to a friendly young lady who scheduled me for the next available time slot. I let her know that I had plans that afternoon, so if we could move it earlier I would appreciate it. She assured me that if possible, the tech Jason would call me. Sure enough, I received a call almost 3 hours early. Jason let me know he would be there in 30 minutes. EXACTLY 30 minutes later he pulled up. I can’t remember the last time a company was that punctual. Jason was incredibly kind and friendly. It is always nerve-wracking inviting someone into your home. However, he was incredibly clean and even wore the shoe covers (Sorry, not sure what the technical term is).

What impressed me most of all was what took place next. In my past AC experiences, the tech tells me what I need (supposedly) and I pray my wallet can afford it. It almost feels like a car mechanic and I always wondered “Is he BS-ing me right now”. However with Jason, he provided a comprehensive review of everything he inspected, showing me pictures of the readings and how they compare using industry diagrams. There was no car salesman up-selling. Simply a real conversation between the subject expert and a homeowner. For every recommendation he had, he provided a detailed explanation of why and when the work should be done. Living in a city with an “expert AC company on every corner”, it’s nice to know I finally found a company that I can build a relationship with. I strongly recommend you save yourself the time and money and avoid the other yahoos out there. Desert Diamond is the way to go.

To say I'm an extremely difficult customer would be an understatement. Regardless, I expect perfection 10 times out of 10 - even though I know that is close to impossible. HOWEVER, when it comes to Gabe and his team, we're pretty darn close. They've installed new, they service my units twice a year, they've diagnosed, repaired, offered solutions to fixing problems rather than immediately reverting to spending additional monies, all while being first-rate in the field. I have recommended them to many, and I don't know of one new customer who isn't happy with them! That says a lot. Gabe has built his company on honesty, reliability, integrity, professionalism and respect. You can't ask for much more than that!!

My father's sewer backed up, and the customer service agent was very pleasant and helpful. She was able to have a technician to his house within an hour. Two hours from call to completion, the issue was resolved, and I was pleasantly surprised with the cost.

Initially they came out when I called and asked for a diagnostic done on a unit that wasn’t working. Jimmy came out made a quick assessment went through the options with me in regards to replacement of broken part or replacement of entire unit very transparent with all costs. There was absolutely no pressure my wife and I decided to replace the unit and two days later we’re sitting in an icebox. This company is a real deal I would recommend them to anybody who needs service or a replacement done on the air-conditioning. The install team was timely and very thorough with all aspects of installation and coordination of crane timing, and removal of old unit. Hats off
you guys are first class !

More like Valley's worst. My home warranty picked this company for my AC not cooling issue last month. 5 weeks, 2 start capacitors, 1 control board, 90° nights of restless sleep. I, my wife and 2 daughters were duped. Conversations with Chase were not optimistic, but felt like he was blaming me for a faulty ac. Are you kidding me. They just put bandaids on. I received authority to change service companies, my AC is working tonight after a new condenser fan motor was installed. It took 1 hour to do the job right. Could've saved weeks of misery. Beware! Don't hire these guys. They will lie to you about amp readings to not have to do their jobs. Pretty obvious what the problem was said our new hvac company.

Sun Devil is a great company! Kevin has serviced our air conditioner twice now and I always feel like we are in good hands. He never over-charges and always educates us on what is needed to maintain our unit. Thanks, Kevin! We appreciate you!

My heater stopped working and they showed up about 2 hours later. I was amazed. Polite and fair priced. Replaced a motor even had it on his van. I will definitely recommend this company

What a great company. I scheduled online, they called within a half hour to make sure they had all my information. Very friendly. The day of service they called, were here quickly, Ricky checked my system, found some major conditions. He worked with me too find the solution that worked for me. Did the job in a timely manner. I was grateful that we had an over cast day as I felt bad he had to work in the heat of the day. Ricky got me on the maintenance plan so I can avoid any more situations as I did today. I want to give their team and the owner Frank a big thx’s . My husband and I contacted this company due to some of the reviews , and I‘m actually shocked to see how great the results were. They came out to give me an estimate last Tuesday, then had my ac up and running by Wednesday due to my crazy schedule . (I was so glad they were able to work around that as well). They really took interests in stuff which I thought were the problems , and from there they were able to explain the procedures they were going to do, which I was thankful for because I didn’t want them making adjustments I might’ve not approved .
