After another company took 2 weeks to get our AC diagnosed and repaired, we realized that it wasn't cooling properly. We called our warranty company back to have A.P.E.S to check our AC. Adam came to diagnose the problem the same day and had the repair authorized, and repaired in less than 2 days. Adam was professional and did an amazing job. We will always request A.P.E.S for our plumbing and HVAC needs from now on.

An outside faucet had a crack in the side. Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. I manage a vacation rental for the owner (my sister) who lives in another state. We have guests who had booked for several weeks, but were having big problems with the a/c during this terrible heat. We tried several times to contact our previous service, but when they finally arrived they did not correct the problem (but said they did), and did not respond to follow-up calls. Fortunately, our neighbors recommended Day & Night, who responded immediately and had a tech out here in hours. He found the problem, knew exactly what he was doing, and went right to work - no going to get parts, etc. He not only diagnosed the problem quickly, he FIXED it on the spot. AZ Perfect Comfort replaced an AC fan motor that was covered under warranty. They were professional, personable, timely and provided excellent communication. My experience was terribly unfortunate. I called and made an appointment for a specific repair, as soon as the technician arrived he tried to upsell. He definitely was nit understanding what I wanted done. During the repair he was on the phone talking to someone. The repair took him forever because of him talking on the phone. I have previously used Parker and sons happily so which is why I called them again. But, with the poor service AND lengthy service since he was on the phone I will NOT be using Parker and Sons again. Oh, and his name was Daniel...

They did a good job and were able to come out same day on a Saturday. Gene was professional and took all precautions to sweat join pipes in the wall. I don’t know if it’s because of the weekend but the price was very high. But we didn’t want to be without water all weekend long.
