Best Install Water Heater in Phoenix AZ

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

I called Anthony’s plumbing in on the Fourth of July and a technician answered the call promptly. We needed a new toilet soon, and he patiently discussed all the options and prices. They came the very next day and installed the toilet efficiently. The only complaint I had was they did not put silicone caulk around the base of the toilet which is really necessary but just a five minute job. I still think they deserve a five star rating! The price was competitive and fair.

Joel came out on an emergency call to fix a water pipe leak that was in the wall causing a flood and ruining dry wall. He quickly found the pipe leak and was able to do very minimal cuts into the drywall to fix the pipes. Joel explained every step of the repair very thoroughly to us as it was more complex than it looked at first. We really appreciated Joel's attention to detail, the care he took with our house, his responsiveness and his 5-star workmanship. I highly recommend Hero Home Services and Joel.

Had a slow flushing/draining toilet, wasn’t able to solve the problem on my own, so I resorted to Craigslist looking for a plumber/rooter person. After talking to more than a half a dozen plumber/rooter experts, I chose one that I felt was honest, knowledgeable and reasonable…turned out to be ReddiServices. The service tech that was dispatched was Jorge Prieto-Moran, who was very professional, polite, and prepared solve the problem, his work ethics and craftsmanship was first class. We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Sold my house in Phoenix Arizona. Needed an inspection on the septic tank. Called Septic Medic. From the very start I had a great experience. I was given a time that worked with MY schedule. I was told UPFRONT how much the cost would be with NO HIDDEN FEES. When they arrived at the house the were very respectful. They explained to me what they were going to be doing and the things they were going to be looking for. I have never had to do this before I asked many questions as I had no idea what all it involved. They told me it would take 2 to 3 hours. It took almost 3. My tank got a clean bill of health and the house is sold! Septic Medic is now my one and only plumber! Great group and friendly! Thanks guys!

Was having water heater problems and went thru Lowe's.
Patrick came out to install the water heater. He was on time, very knowledgeable, professional, and did excellent work.
The price was better then a lot of other places that was called when doing research in trying to find a good plumber.

Have home on market, septic system required for sale. Called and set up an appointment 3 weeks later! Driver arrived hour later, when went to house next door, as I came out driver told me my water was turned off! Then he realized he was at wrong house1
1- took 20 min to decided to back into my back yard, but only next to house [ .42 acre of ground ]
2- runs 50= feet of hose around my pool to where septic is,, supposedly empty tank .
3 - supposedly does a WATER TEST and failed the system!
4- report says all good except for water test!
NO explanation , go to office, they where RUDE and unprofessional!
they have no idea what amount of water was ran for test! Water bill did NOT REFLECT a 1,000 gallons of water to refill tank and do a water test, NO CAMERA INSPECTION! $695 bill !
I FIND OUT THEY DID NOT DO A PROPER INSPECT< THEY WILL BE PAYING MORE THEN THEIR FEE!

6 weeks after COOPER'S INSPECTION
Had another company come out, to reinspect septic system. They dug up the access hole, used camera and FOUND my line from tank to leech pipe was about 85% collapsed. also found out that spare bathroom toilet wash over flowing.. They installed a pipe to extend above ground as to see if leech field was working as it was to the top of pipe. It was because main tank cover was not sealed, with over 4 of rain was running into septic, also from roof run off as well. If leech field shows to be ok in 2 weeks , they will replace the collaged pipe and give a PASSING report!
COST WAS $450, $245 cheaper the COOPER'S and done right!
Cooper owes me for the inspection part that was never done PERIOD!
checked first thing this morning, found water level down 2 ft. just over night!!

I will call these guys every time I have a plumbing issue.

Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

They pumped my septic tank within a half hour from when I called and although we had an incident with the driver damaging my gate as he was exiting my home, his managers showed up within an hour and made sure that our fence was going to be taken care of. They sent me a welder to come fix my fence the very next day. all very friendly and we were surprised as to how quickly the company responded. Thanks for your service A-American Septic.

My client's used them to pump and certify their septic for a sale. They came out and pumped and charges my clients over $1000.00 and told them their front baffle was broken and they would send a quote to fix it. They then sent a certificate that said the septic didn't work due to the baffle and a quote of $1505.00 to fix a front baffle. We had another company out and they fixed it for $500.00. I would not trust this company.

Super reliable and great service! All the technician's are great every time they come out and have always been able to fix our problems.

I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. They even call to let you know that the technician is on their way!!!

I would give you no stars but that isn't an option. Where do I begin ? Shut it down Called owner about a job set me up for an interview at 8 make a long story short NO COMMUNICATION the managers there had no idea I was scheduled I wasted my time for 2 hours waiting The guy has a business here but lives in Michigan you are many states away how can you run a business when you don't live in the state where your business is at ?Maybe you should come to arizona and fix your company cause it won't be standing long if it goes on like this
