I had an emergency plumbing situation this evening and David Monroe came to the rescue! Let me tell you how great David was---- he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and speedy! I'm ALL ABOUT great customer service and David takes the cake on this one! He even remembered stuff about my family when he was here 1.5 years ago! ---- how personable is that?--- Super impressive indeed! I'm more than satisfied with the service that David provided. Bill did our write up for a new ac/heating unit. He was professional, friendly and very helpful. He was more than happy to answer all my questions and provided us with more than one option. I will recommend Hays Cooling & Heating LLC to everyone.

Definitely not a 5 star experience. Very expensive company and not transparent on pricing. Had a shower valve acartrige replaced. The cost of this item depending on where you look is around $100 dollars. All told, it's $430 dollars for 5 minutes of work. At this point everything is apart and I need a working shower. Buyer beware.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

Everything went smoothly

We needed a major plumbing job done after discovering our old sewer line was collapsed. We use Day and Night for our air conditioning maintenance , and were impressed with them enough to call them when we had a plumbing issue with slow running drains with some backed up water. Unfortunately it was a big problem, and a big job to repair.Donny Bailey was in charge of our project, explaining the full scope of the problem, and the work needed to be done. He explained the process, the time schedule, and the cost. It was a team effort on the part of all the workers involved from Day and Night once work began. Dillon and Cody worked very hard, always polite, professional, and pleasant, as they put in exhausting effort every day. There were others too.. I wish I could remember the names of each one to thank them individually. Everyone worked very hard to keep things going to plan, and in the end it was a big relief knowing it was finished, and a job well done.We have nothing but good things to say about Day and Night. Everyone from the schedulers who first take your call, to the technicians sent to your home to do the work, is respectful, friendly, and are there to help you. They are very good at what they do. The best AC company in the entire state of Arizona! Clever technicians and great leadership! Alarico is the Tech that came and replaced the fuse on my 3 months old unit that was also installed by King AC and that i got it from them for the best price in the entire market. The fuse went out because of the heavy rain “Monsoon”. Called Frank and explained to him that i came back at 6:15pm from work to find the new AC not working. Frank dispatched Alarico in less than 10mins to my house! Alarico replaced the fuse in another 15mins and explained to me what happened and took off after and that was all free of charge. I do recommend King AC for new installations and general AC services! Simply the best! We all dealt with many AC companies and i writing this review based on my long experience with other AC providers. Thanks a million for the great Service King AC and please keep it up. Service is what makes the huge difference and stands out!

AZ Perfect Comfort is always prompt and professional. Even with supply chain shortages, they were able to deliver the unit we wanted within 3 business days. Best HVAC service provided we have ever had over the last 40 years. The install was clean and efficient - 5 hours total.

Lincoln Air installed a multi zone Mitsubishi ductless mini split system. I am very pleased with the appearance of the install and the operation of the new unit. I was also pleased with the quality of work by the install crew who did the job in about 5 hours and cleaned up well afterwards. Lincoln Air is a Diamond Elite Mitsubishi contractor, the highest rating. I could not be more satisfied and will be using Lincoln for a future install.

Plumbing leak repair throughout home performed professionally and promptly by the Ace Home Services plumber Jiuhua Huang. He is a perfectionist who worked hard every second he was at our Arizona home on March 20. All the leaks and systems were repaired, re-checked and performed flawlessly.
