Best Install Drain Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

Our garbage disposal quit right in the middle of cleaning up after Sunday dinner. Called Reddi Services Monday morning and, after giving all the necessary info, was told they'd call us right back with an appointment time. After waiting an hour and a half, I called Reddi again. They were quite apologetic for the snafu in communication and said a plumber would be at our house within 45 minutes. Bryant arrived 30 minutes later. He determined that our disposal was clogged and got it working again. However, since we had no idea how old the disposal was and it had always rattled since we moved in, we asked Bryant to replace the disposal with a new one that we purchased (during the wait time). Bryant switched them out promptly. Bryant was great - very professional in manner and dress, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions and concerns. We'll definitely use Reddi again.

This company is terrible!! These people are thieves!! We had previously used them for a job a few years ago for which they received payment in a timely manner. Months after a payment was made to them by error due to many companies we use have the same similar name. Instead of returning the check they cashed back to our company that issued the payment, the owner TIM stated they simply applied that money to a job they never received payment on and asset that had nothing to do with our company. I stated the employee that made the error would be fired if the funds were not returned and he didnt care! My guess is that are doing so bad in their business stealing has become an option!!

From the start these guys are awesome I love the service they provide last year I used them at a different property before they came to my home both times the went above and beyond to get my plumbing issues resolved Thankful for Butch dude knows his job and grateful for Rita for sending me the best guy with experience for the issues we where having AWESOME COMPANY

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

Great experience, called Anthony Plumbing this morning in a panic due to noise in the walls and water large amount of water on the floor wasn't sure what was happening. Staff scheduled appointment first thing in the morning. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and resolved the issue immediately also contacted the Restoration company to assist with the damage.

good things about this company especially Alex and John! I had massive flooding from my guest bathroom and Hero Home Services were at my house in 30 minutes. Not only did they repair the toilet but they got another company out to my house within 30 minutes to start cleaning up all the water. I was so panicked with seeing all the water that I don't know what I would have done without Alex and John there to walk me through with their expertise. I will not use anyone else but them going forward and highly recommend !! Thank you Alex and John as well as the the awesome customer service rep Jannett who took our initial call and dispatched them out so fast! Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

Great Service. Professional Team. Based on a neighbor's recommendation we hired septic medic to service our septic tank. Highest recommendation. Knowledgeable, on time and did a great & thorough job. Hosed the tank after draining and did an inspection. The access point required digging; which the tech did quickly putting the dirt & decorative gravel on a tarp. After completion, the refill area looked almost seamless. Use this company if you want the job done correctly without having to babysit anyone.

Had them pump the tank because I had used them twice before, price had doubled since last time. I understand because of the economy. 14 days later toilet backed up, opened tank and it was full again. Inspection and found a toilet Had been leaking from the fill/foat device. Definitely not their fault but when I called the office to get it emptied again the female who answered the phone was real short and said it would be another 500 dollars to emptied again. Felt that since it was only water in the tank they would be a little cheaper. When I mentioned my thoughts to her she said it will be 500 we have fees to pay too. So I called another company and gave my money to them. Will not be calling them again because of the female in the office.

They were supposed to come out Friday between 2:00 and 4:00 not even a phone call had to call them no clue, said that they will come in the morning between 10:00 and 10:30. We shall see I will write another review. Bad communications. It was a no-show, To extend on my other review writing, 4 days later they contacted me from Friday to now Tuesday they really have the worst communication skills I've ever come across and their equipment doesn't seem to work. You cannot rely on them to do what they say!

Outstanding experience with Ducks septic. Very friendly over the phone. Put us on their schedule right away. They maintained excellent communication throughout. JR was very knowledgeable. He patiently answered all questions and thoroughly explained the entire process. A great experience all around. We will definitely use Ducks septic for our future needs and definitely recommend their services.

I was referred to Rooter Man by a friend of mine. I was desperate to find a plumber that I could trust as I've had some negative experiences in the past. I've been lied to and overcharged by big name companies so I am very cautious about who I give my business to.

That being said, I really trust Roy. He doesn't use sales tactics or gimmicks. He knows what he's talking about and did not once try to upsell the job. He wasn't looking for things to replace outside of the job I called him for. He quoted me a fair price and time frame to work on my main sewer line, and was super knowledgeable and patient while explaining what needed to be done. I'm very happy I went with Rooter Man! My advise is to be careful, there are a lot of crooks out there. Now that I've found someone I trust I'm going to call him every time. I recommend you give this company a try. Thank you Roy!
