I have used Penguin Air for several years now and have constantly been impressed by the professionalism and integrity of the technicians. Today Nathan W. was my technician and the continued the trend of excellence. Unfortunately, my units needed to be replaced which is quite pricey and stressful. Nathan W. explained every step of the process and did not try to sell me things that weren't needed. His professionalism and honesty were reassuring to me during this process.Nathan W. is the reason that I continue to do business with Penguin when there are so many other choices. Honesty, integrity and professionalism are obviously important to Penguin because I consistently experience it from their technicians.

After a couple not so awesome experiences with other AC guys Travis V showed up and took care of business.

This place is a joke. They took over two weeks to fix my AC and kept breaking more parts with there Misdiagnosis. They would lie about part availability. They told me couldn’t get parts for a day or two. I found the part and picked it up in less than an hour. Good luck if you call after 5pm because they won’t call you back till the next day. Even though they say they have emergency service. Even after it was finished they still didn’t put things together correctly and water was leaking all over my house. I’m having another company come out and fix there mess. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Wanna shout out to team Ovi, Eric, &Evan. Along with team Christian, Noe,&Luis! We had Goettl install a new system in our home & appreciate their professionalism throughout the process. I mentioned how dusty our home gets and upon further inspection the vents of our old system in the attic were NOT sealed and they made sure our new vents were all sealed and that that should really cut down on the dust. It has made a noticeable difference in the air quality of our home. Little details like this matter. Also, thank you for helping me navigate the new Sensi App.

These guys are absolutely ROCKSTARS!! When my AC decided to break down, they were at my door with a portable AC to keep my family cool until they were able to install the new one on the roof. Gerardo was very professional upon calling for a quote. He was so kind to make sure we had a technician out early the next day as our AC was non functioning on a 115 degree day. Jesus, the HVAC tech, and the gentleman who came along with him very polite and offered to vacuum after the install. They were done in under 4 hours. I researched replacing our HVAC systems (upper and lower floor) for weeks. Eric Johnson at Scottsdale Air was not only the most knowledgeable sales person out of four different companies, but the most patient with my many questions. He helped me work through the decision process, even responding while on vacation. Ultimately, Eric gained my trust, gave me a great deal and we decided to move forward, selecting the Trane variable speed systems for both floors.

On installation day, the team showed up promptly, covered and protected all of the work areas and spent the day working into early evening to insure everything was working perfectly.

Since then, the word I would use to describe how we feel about our new HVAC systems and Scottsdale Air is 'delighted.' These systems are super quiet (compared to the old Goodman systems we had before) to the point where sometimes I have to look at the digital controls to even see that they are running. Further, we have noticed a much more 'even' feel to the temperatures in our home, not cycling between cool and warm but just staying consistently where it's set.

I can't say enough positive about Eric Johnson, the installation team and Scottsdale Air overall. Do not hesitate to let them repair or replace your HVAC. I'd give them six stars if I could!
