Destry was kind, considerate, & did a good job.

Bid was very uncompetitive. Trane isnt what is was before outsourcing compressors to Mexico and slim coils to China. Aluminum weight thickness not adjusted to handle 410A freon and its double pressures, so plenty of bad reviews of Trane unfortunately.Hays sells that they are above the common installers and, while best installation is key...they wanted to perform a costly revision that just wasn't necessary and with a downside when critically evaluated. I am very happy with the unit and installers we ultimately chose.

Excellent service....Quickly diagnosed and resolved issue. Our technician, Kurt, was incredibly efficient, polite, effective. We took advantage of his expertise to add on a few more electrical tasks which had been on the back burner...very pleased with the work. Highly recommend.

This was my first time working with Hobaica and saw that they had a virtual scheduling system (honestly an amazing feature) that I could use to schedule a virtual meeting to replace my AC. After scheduling, I got a call from Jasmine regarding potentially having a person come out to look at the units. Air conditioning is a must in the AZ heat! Especially when you have little ones. North Valley Mechanical came to the rescue! Christian was there quickly, he was friendly and professional and we were back in cooler temps in no time!

The first person I spoke to at Expert was Darlene. I told her my story and how frustrated I was with my AC and the issues I was having with another contractor. She listened carefully and did everything she could to assure me that I was in good hands. Mike was the technician to do the diagnostic. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and most important, honest. He told me what he saw, what is wrong and what they can do to fix it. He explained everything to me in layman's terms and answered all my questions. I feel very confident in giving this company my business and will most likely recommend them to friends and family. They have not repaired the unit yet but we are hoping for this weekend.

Update: Rick and Walter came to fix the A/C they were right on schedule and very professional. Rick has a very warm and friendly personality and did a great job. I will recommend this company to my friends, family and neighbors.

These guys are amazing! Jesus was able to fit me in in the same day even though it wasn't an emergency and was able to fix the issue even though they stopped selling parts for this model long ago. My normal AC tech want available and with four AC units and heaters I always need someone reliable to call. Thank you Promise Heating and Air!

We had a HVAC unit with no heat output. Not expecting much on New Years eve except to put in a service call for next year. We called Goettle and they had a truck out within the hour with Q and Miguel who got right to work inspecting the unit. Unfortunately the unit had a bad control board and was over 10 years old. Q explained all of our options in great detail and we were able to set up a plan and purchase a new unit before they left with installation on January 2, 2023.

My new system installed in the summer found out the gas had not been turned on. 1st Choice returned my call and had someone out that morning. Happy with the service

Sun Devil Heating and Air has been a great Company to deal with. I called Brittany and she was able to get Michael H. to complete the Annual Tune up on my AC Unit. I purchased this AC Unit back in 2010 and Sun Devil has been doing the Annual Maintenance Tune Up every year and my AC Unit has never failed me. Michael H. completed the work in a very timely manner. The installation of my AC unit was done professionally and in a timely manner and the cost was competitive with other AC bids for the work done. I especially appreciated the overall communication with the sales representative and scheduling staff who kept me up to date with every step in the installation process.

Had to make an emergency call on a Friday night when our air stopped working after a failed attempt at installing a new thermostat. They had our tech James out to us in only about half an hour & he worked through the issues until he found what was the real cause of the problem & got it fixed fast. Pricing was completely reasonable, response time was amazing, and the service quality was great too. Feel lucky that we had such good luck with a last minute search Google for someone who's open and look forward to using them for regular maintenance from here on out too!
