Diagnosed problem quickly and had unit up and running in no time. Happy except came after the 4 hour schedule window.

After 10 years of bandaging a Carrier system we opted for a new Trane system. I did my research and had 5 bids for the work. Desert Diamond bid was in middle but their attention to every detail is what sold me. There was zero pressure to buy now. I received plenty of information on schedule time and updates leading up to the install. During the furnace install there was an issue where our dryer was damaged. The install crew leader was upfront and explained exactly what happened. He mentioned he had already contacted the office to coordinate a replacement. I was extremely pleased with the quick response from the management team and assurance the issue would be resolved quickly. They do a great job explaining issues when I want to dive deep and better understand the system or warranties and have always appeared happy to do so.

I called several places to come and check my A/C. This company was professional on the phone and they got a technician to come quickly. I have an Airbnb with guests staying there. It was important to get it fixed quickly. Adam came out and was great. It turned out it was a simple fix. He could have found something much more expensive that was wrong but he was honest and had it fixed in 15 minutes. I will definitely call Adam again to fix our other properties when we need an A/C repaired.

Miles was pleasant and efficient and meticulous in doing his job. He tried to get the humidifier working (since he found out it wasn't) but determined it needed a new control unit inside the house. The unit and indoor control is quite old. He was very pleasant and a joy to talk to.

We hired these folks to conduct maintenance and cut a 40 hole in my business's roof so a crane could fly in an massive exhaust port. I loved their professionalism, hustle, and problem solving so much that I invited them to my home to install a new 3 ton unit. My AC went out on a Sunday night in the middle of summer in AZ. I had a house full of family visiting. I was on a plan with another company who I called first and they told me they could not come out until the upcoming Wednesday 2p-6p. I called night and day and they were at my house by 10a Monday repairing my AC at a reasonable cost. Great work and customer service. I canceled my plan with the other company while the Day and Night techs were present. 100% recommend this company.

The best AC company in the entire state of Arizona! Clever technicians and great leadership! Alarico is the Tech that came and replaced the fuse on my 3 months old unit that was also installed by King AC and that i got it from them for the best price in the entire market. The fuse went out because of the heavy rain “Monsoon”. Called Frank and explained to him that i came back at 6:15pm from work to find the new AC not working. Frank dispatched Alarico in less than 10mins to my house! Alarico replaced the fuse in another 15mins and explained to me what happened and took off after and that was all free of charge. I do recommend King AC for new installations and general AC services! Simply the best! We all dealt with many AC companies and i writing this review based on my long experience with other AC providers. Thanks a million for the great Service King AC and please keep it up. Service is what makes the huge difference and stands out!

Just air has been great. I had them install a new AC and they are very responsive. When I've asked for scheduled maintenance. The technician couldn't be nicer, nor could the office.
