When there was trouble the this summer, Tiffany scheduled Jesus to come the next day, and the fix (a bad capacitor) was simple, he was here a half hour, and everything was under the OEM warranty. What a great team!

Mark with Goettl came out to my mom's house after a disaster after Christmas holiday. He was professional, courteous and did a really good job explaining things. Mark was punctual and communicated arrival time almost to the minute. And the service was amazing, couldn't be more pleased. I got estimates from 4 of the largest a/c companies in Phoenix. Day & Night gave me by far the best price, they were on time and Steve was very knowledgeable and professional. Steve is also the only one that did a Heat Load Test to make sure I was buying the correct size unit for my house, the other 3 companies did not do this and wanted to sell me a bigger and MORE EXPENSIVE unit than I needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAY & NIGHT AIR CONDITIONING.

We've used Alien Air to service/fix our AC since 2017. They have always been great to work with. Our AC is newer but too big for our house, but they never tried to sell us a new one unlike some other companies who just want to make a sale. They have worked with us on how to keep it efficient so it doesn't eat up our electricity.

Every technician has been great to work with and super knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my AC needs.
