Two very friendly and expert guys who quickly fixed my botched DIY thermostat installation and gave the system a quick once over for no extra charge. Arrived well within the promised 30 minutes on this 104 degree day! Person who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and I’m sure they we’re getting a lot of service calls that day. Keeping this number handy for any future needs.

I had an emergency call after hours for a leaking AC. The dispatch service was awesome, got me on the schedule right away for that night. Jeff, the service tech, called immediately after we hung up with dispatch and said he’d be over in 15 minutes. Thank goodness!! He was very professional and helpful. Explained what happened to the unit and gave me a very reasonable quote. Jeff fixed the unit up right away and sent me everything via email for my records. Would definitely use them again, and I’ve already recommended him to a friend!

So disappointed. Had $$12,000 air conditioning system installed within year. It is not holding temperature. Gabe is ignoring us. I would never use him again.
Problems from beginning starting with installation.

They did a good job fixing my air and they are a good service and friendly professional.

Please be advised that today Jon Parker and Kevon came to my house to service my water heater and service my plumbing within my house.. Both technicians worked well together and serviced the property. They did find one valve that had seized and fixed the valve quickly and efficiently. I do have a service contract with Goettl and the work was performed without additional cost. I was very happy with the service and would recommend the service and theses men in particular highly.

Now you can stop looking! This company is the BEST!! After asking for a new a.c. unit from 4 other companies, none of them could match or come NEAR the price for a 5 ton unit. Sun Devil was quick, efficient, and courteous! Don't bother to call anyone else.

Uninvited guests (Rats) Had their lunch inside our heat pump on two occasions at different spots. Chris found and fixed the problem quickly and got the pump up and running. What else could you ask for, and without being GOUGED! That in itself is a wonderful thing these days!!! Highly recommend.

Maintenance was performed as presented. Miles,the service tech, called to say he was on the way. He was polite and answered our questions,completing the service in a timely manner. Will be a return customer for sure.

Received 2 other bids for new AC/Furnace. Both companies were switching back n forth on equipment recommendations then labor costs. Lost all confidence. I used Mike from Cactus Mechanical a few years back so decided to call him. BEST move I have ever made!!! He is extremely knowledgeable & his recommendations were spot on. Very reasonably & competitively priced. The 4 man crew installed both units (2.5 & 3.5 ton) in under 8 hrs. EXTREMELY pleased with results, equipment & overall company.

My AC went out while I was away. I was able to come home the next day and Day/Night was there a couple hours after I got home.

AZ Perfect Comfort replaced an AC fan motor that was covered under warranty. They were professional, personable, timely and provided excellent communication. Alien AC is great!
First of all, that little alien on their trucks is super cute. There. I said it.
So, after the first air conditioner they installed ran it's course we knew exactly who to call. And once again they gave us a great deal, amazing service and had our new unit up and running the next morning. Whether you need your ac fixed or replaced you should call Alien AC. Our family has used them for years and wouldn't use anyone else.

Yes I'm doing a review on Nick tyner he came over and repaired my bathroom sink and had to do some extensive plumbing behind the wall was extremely knowledgeable timely courteous and clean I would honestly with the next time I need plumbing service not only use your company but request him as my tech have a good day.

Called Ace Home Services due to our AC having trouble. They were able to respond to my request within an hour of calling. Juan, my technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and helped me the best as possible. Unfortunately the parts needed wouldn't be available until Monday/Tuesday. I would highly recommend Ace Home Services.
