NVM has been out to our house before. We have a home warranty and they sent another company to repair our ac that was not working. Within 3 days it went out again. Poor customer Service so I asked my Home Warranty if they could send North Valley again.SAME GREAT QUALITY SERVICE. Highly recommend calling them first for your AC/Heating needs. Within 30 minutes they had troubleshooted the problem, fixed the unit and my ac was blowing ice cold again.Thanks to all the terrific staff that assisted in making my family comfortable in my home again.

Our old AC- Furnace died. There were some problems with the correct tonnage ordered by our home warranty company. People can praise great service when everything goes without a hitch. The real proof is how they respond to problems. Chase managed to get the correct unit for installation the next day! And brought us a great heater to keep our house warm yesterday and last night. They are indeed the Best!

Byron came out and repaired a bad drain installation that caused sewer smells in my bathroom. He also drained the water heater, checked the water pressure and tightened a nut on my faucet. My A/C broke and it needed to be replaced I called King mechanical the owner came to my house in 30 minutes he gave me an amazing deal on a new A/C unit. The installers came in record time and installed the new A/C unit. This is a wonderful company I am extremely satisfied with there work. Friendly professional and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this company.

The technician who serviced my house did a great job but the guy who came out after to look at my unit was a very pushy salesman (who insisted he wasn’t a salesman, you know the type). He told me I needed a $10,000 system replacement, but I thought that was extreme. I had a family friend recommend someone who came out and let me know that was a crazy overreaction and that all I needed was more refrigerant and my system would be good for the year. Had I just trusted this company I would’ve bought an expensive whole system in the middle of summer rather than maintain my existing unit for longer. Very dodgy business practice and I would not recommend them to someone else, but if you do use them make sure you get another quote from another company at the very least.

From the first call to the office to speak to Stacy who was absolutely amazing and then he having someone on site within the hour to assess my broken air conditioner to the next day within approximately 14 hours later wonderful technicians were on site to install my new air-conditioning unit!
Everyone was so extremely friendly and caring about the situation and very professional and knowledgeable. What a great team and company.
I will recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to everyone I know. Absolutely the best customer service I’ve ever received!
