Hays was professional, friendly and efficient from first contact thru the completion. As a renter we needed them to contact the owner in another state. The girls were sweet, contacted him immediately after my call late in the day, followed up with me the next morning and sent Sam the same day they reached him. Sam was on time, personable and used modern equipment to find the problem in a short time. He contacted the owner, sent pictures and the entire transaction what without a hitch. Jeff came at the agreed time. Very informative of the work he did. Professional in what he did. I told him the last HVAC company recommended a surge protector and asked him about it. He was frank and said I didn’t need it because my system does not have a circuit board to protect. That’s how old my Ac unit is I guess. But a dishonest tech would have agreed with that looking for more business. That goes a long way for me. Lastly He also emailed me a 2 year plan as an option if I was up for it. No sales pressure. Just whenever.

I called these guys for a house I am Purchasing - the AC wasn’t putting out cold air like it should. I had two other companies quote about $5,000 to repair the system and more than $10k for a new unit. Gabe came out and explained how the equipment that was there didn’t even Match up with the size of the Air handler and showed me how it wasn’t even installed properly (neither of the other companies did that). They were just trying to make a bunch of money off me. Gabe was professional and friendly and gave me a great price for a 15 seer TRANE - about $4,000 less than the other guys!! And he got it installed quickly too and fixed the other issues. I highly recommend EXPERT HVAC SERVICES!

Chase is amazing! I got several quotes when I needed AC replacement. Valley's Best quote was by far the best and their service has been amazing. Chase has stopped by on occasion just to reset my thermostats or change my air filters. They have also done plumbing work for me. I highly recommend Chase and Valley's Best!

Very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism from TemperaturePro Phoenix. I live out of state, and needed some maintenance done on my HVAC system during the holidays and had inquired with some local folks about a good company to use. They were prompt and easy to deal with, very fairly priced, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I highly recommend them.

After a bad experience with another HVAC company that does a lot of TV advertising, we have been so happy to use Scottsdale Air Heating and Cooling. We received a very competitive price on our new units which were promptly installed. William, our service tech, is very professional and communicates quite well. Will definitely request him for our future maintenance work.

This was hands down the best choice for our AC. The 20 year old AC didn’t work when we purchased the property, but it was winter (in AZ lol) so we weren’t too pressed about it. Since this is such a big purchase, we talked interviews many companies. Perfect Comfort had the best mix of customer service, knowledge, value, quality of system, and professionalism. It took us a few months to end up selecting a company since it was winter, then the holidays etc, but they weren’t pushy or “sales-y” in the meantime. Fred came by and assessed our needs and provided the optimum plan for us. He even allowed us to go over our future plans to remodel, and gave us many great suggestions which helped us to put a timeline together for the services (of course we will hire them for!).
Throughout the process, Jana would make sure we had all the information necessary for a smooth install. She was always polite and knowledgeable, and never left us confused or questioning anything.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Fred running the actual install! I’ve heard of the “sales-person” coming to get the business, then leaving the labor for the technicians. It was awesome to see him and the rest of the team doing exactly what he explained months earlier.
We have an older home, and the previous owner was... interesting... anywho, Fred found some questionable AC parts in the attic that he advised me of, and left me with some guidance as to what to do with it. The team completed their job quick and efficiently, and left no trace that they were even there... well except now we have an AMAZING ac unit! Our bill hasn’t changed much either. We went from not having a working unit, to a brand new unit running daily, and haven’t experienced a notable change in our electric bill.
We’re excited to continue our patronage with Perfect Confort and their amazing team. We look forward to our future projects with them, and would 10/10 recommend them to everyone!
