I first called HVAC when our furnace completely gave out in a cold snap. After fixing that replaced an old AC unit. Because the old wiring system has given the techs some fits they have come back out twice and straightened it out. Each time they responded same day and the techs were patient and professional. I highly recommend them.

I have used REEIS on multiple occasions and for multiple reasons. REEIS sealed all my duct work for a single family, 3,000 sq ft home and they did an outstanding job. I also required emergency A/C attention and they responded quickly and fixed my issue. Very thankful for their work, and although I forget, I need to get them out to do my annual A/C maintenance!

To start off what brought me to the point where I was looking for a new HVAC, our unit was 19yrs old and original to the house we bought back in August, it was working fine but with the change in refrigerant our system was at the point that replacement was coming so we decided to get ahead of it before the summer. We have 1,800sqft and home was built in 2001 the system was a 4 ton Trane System

I reached out to 3 companies for a price quote, one was named after a state, one was a Carrier dealer and one was Howard Air.

The first company that came out (our largest state) quoted us on a Lennox system, they went over different packages and gave us 3 prices starting at 17K for the lowest and 24K for the highest system. They didn't have very good financing and the prices I have put were to pay in cash, when I ran quick math on the 24K system with their financing it was going to be 34K. I might have been born yesterday but not in the middle of the night! They also were pushing a 10yr service contract with the systems which I felt was a little weird and a lot of extras, $6.5K in extras on the 24K system so if I took out the extras 18K was the true cost of the system. My quote was written on a legal pad paper, they never looked at the furnace in the attic just was a very bad sales process. I felt like I was at a shady used car dealership. Plus they had this weird thing with putting down cash to get the financing, they told me that would go away if I paid cash...I didn't understand this at all because it was like they were adding that into the price which means that 24K system would have been 29K?

The Carrier Dealer never called me back..until a week later and just felt that a quote over the phone was enough, they left me a voicemail. I didn't respond.

Howard Air...they were prompt, professional and on time, Rob quoted me a very fair price as well as went over what they did at Howard Air that sets them apart from the competition. He quoted us on Trane and Carrier. I was very pleased on the pricing and financing that they offered. We signed with Howard Air, the follow-up was great every step of the way, the day of the install we had 3 techs out to do the install. We had them crane in the new unit due to space on on the side of the house..this was extremely smooth. Install was in total of 6hrs for everything. We went with the Trane premium package system. I couldn't say enough about how professional, friendly and responsive Howard Air was during this process, there are a lot of dealers in HVAC in Phoenix but I can tell you give Howard Air a call and compare you won't be sorry. Because of Rob and helping me understand the process of the install, recommendations and expectations that were over exceeded in my opinion during the install they have earned a customer for life and a walking advertisement of how well my install went and how fair the pricing was. Thanks again for a great experience!

We had a wonderful first experience with George Brazil. Caleb was warm, an excellent communicator, very thorough, even giving us videos of exactly what he found with our HVAC system. He gave us great explanations of what he was doing. We are very pleased with our service experience.

Howard Air and technician, David Smith, exceeded my expectations of professionalism. Everyone from the scheduling department to the service technician gave me ample time to explain my issue, and clearly explained their process The technician came on time, and performed a thorough inspection, gave a written report, took the time to explain everything to me and was neat and tidy. It sounds too good to be true but I was there! It’s true! I recommend Howard Air, 100%.

Man where to beign, Phoenix in the summer lol ??‍♂️ One of my two AC units had a compressor that failed. I called 5 Star , They quickly diagnose the situation emailed me multiple options for repair or replacement of a new unit Got out to my home and got the job done,. On the day of the install needless to say it was a very long day but the crew was extremely neat they put down runners and tarps all over my house to keep everything clean keep me and my family 100% in the loop as they worked we always knew what was going on, Once the install was done they thoroughly tested everything to make sure it worked. I would definitely say they went way above and beyond. Their financing options made it really easy to purchase I will hopefully pay this one off a couple months and get the 2nd unit done in the winter.

Good honest work with great knowledgable techs that will get the job done right, they dont take advantage and treat you right. Highly recommend them!

They were there on time, 11:00, worked straight through to completion about 3:00-3:30. Didn’t take any breaks that I saw. Polite and clean, and didn’t leave mess.

First service guy replaced a part which cost $434 for part and service. Invoice stated everything was checked. Next day, the a/c still wasn't cooling so we called for service again. Another service guy found multiple issues. Total for the second day totalled $1,390 which included replacement for the part that was done the previous day. Clearly there were huge issues missed in the previous assessment. Called the main number for help but the person was not interested in helping. Do not use this company.

A friend recommended ABC and I couldn't be happier. They came out, fixed a minor thing our landlord had overlooked, and gave us some advice on how to keep things running smooth. The service person was polite and very friendly, and left everything spotless. I would send my friends to them, definitely. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. Great Service.

AMER was very kind and considerate. Explained quotes for my residence and for my rental property. Will use this company again!
